Is There Racism in Spain...?
As Black American Women living in Spain we have found ways to cope with the lack of diversity as well as the racism that does currently exist here. In this episode I have the pleasure of hosting my sister Joy E. Glenn, as she helps me talk about this silent, yet bold issue that exist all around the world. I say silent because in Spain some blacks experience the racism on a lower scale or not even at all; while others experience the racism on a much larger scale.
Listen and enjoy as we elaborate on our inner-standing of this topic; as well as how we gracefully combat this hatred with our love for ourselves, for many of the beautiful friendships we have develop and most importantly for our future.
