In this Episode I talk with my friend and 1-1 Online Coaching Client Skylar, how she lost almost 30 pounds with less than 4 months (last 9 pounds in only 4 days!). She reached her "ideal" weight but that didn´t make her happier.
Skylar is telling how she changed her false beliefs from dieting and weight loss, going from Keto to more sustainable way. She is sharing how she shifted mindset from doing cardio almost every day to strength training and learned how to actually get fat loss results with spending less time working out.
