He created, grew and sold Moguls Mountain Travel, a leading ski tour operator and early adopter of digital marketing and online bookings. After 8 years as head of sales and marketing at Phocuswright, Bruce co-founded Arival in 2017 and wears many hats including Chief Commercial Officer.

Lori is a seasoned travel executive with expertise in distribution, business and product development, strategic planning, and market analysis. She started as a Tour Director and held leadership positions at Saga Holidays, TNT Vacations, Smart Destinations, and Go City. Lori is VP of Partnerships at Virgin Experience Gifts.
