Deja is first a vibrant human comprised of many facets; wife, sister, friend, creative, mover, motivator, activator, source of inspiration and most important, authentically herself.

As a lululemon Global Ambassador and trainer for lululemon Studio, you can find her leading live classes or headlining campaigns on behalf of the activewear brand.  

She began her career as a dancer, performing with Britney Spears, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, J.Lo, and Beyoncé and has been no stranger to the entertainment industry as the daughter of New Jack Swing pioneer, Teddy Riley. 

Her latest chapter as a podcast host is only the beginning.  Deja knows there are stories to be told and is ready to use her voice, experiences and optimistic outlook to bring these stories forward.  She encourages her listeners and anyone following her journey to “Be a light & spread love where you go.”

Alicia Ferguson, a creative wellness entrepreneur based in Brooklyn, NY, is a lululemon ambassador, certified yoga practitioner (RYT) + MSC (Mindful Self Compassion) facilitator. She co-founded Bk yoga Club, the first body-positive yoga studio in the US and On Dekalb, a wellness-inspired coffee shop in Brooklyn.

In 2021 she was recognized as one of the Top 21 Black Beauty Executives & Innovators Changing the Beauty Industry by InStyle Magazine. She also serves a leading voice in diversity and inclusion having consulted with Fortune 500 companies such as Spotify and ESPN.  Alicia is a passionate and prolific writer whose work has been featured in Well + Good, Vogue and self-published her first poetry zine, entitled “Letters From My Ex.”
