Well in this episode I speak with full time bike traveller Helen Dainty (Hels) who has been full time on the road since 2016. Hels talks candidly about what life is like on the road as a solo female, gives us tips on wild camping, insights into travelling through Saudi Arabia as the first women to do so independantly and also how she has structured her life to live full time on the road.
