What's it like to combine a passion for food with that of cycle touring? Our guest Felicity Cloake is an award-winning food writer and author. She shares how she fell in love with cycle touring and how it's become the perfect vehicle (literally!) for combining food, travel, and storytelling.

We chat through her three major bike touring adventures: discovering the best pastries and regional cuisine through France, rating fry-ups across the UK, and her latest bike adventure which involved cycling across the United States coast-to-coast, in search of iconic (and surprising) American eats.
