Andrew Brock is the President & CEO of HOAM Ventures, an independent investment firm focused on PropTech. Andrew serves as chairman of the Dallas CIO organization and is on the governing board of Evanta. He’s a frequent speaker at Gartner, the Society of Information Management, and industry conferences and events. Recently, Andrew was recognized as InspireCIO’s 2022 National CIO of the Year. He previously won the 2019 Enterprise CIO of the Year Dallas ORBIE Award and was a 2021 National ORBIE Corporate finalist. He also serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations and startup companies.
