This is the BEST program I’ve heard to date on the Angry Mortgage (and I’ve been listening for years). This episode with Ron Butler and Ian Jones really spelled out the true cost of condo development, issues w pre-con investor cancellations, etc. LOVED this show so much that I listened to it twice, not to mention the multiple times I paused to rewind because I couldn’t believe the stats and stupiCity (eg.
