There's too many things to focus on outside of ourselves to keep us on edge & take us out of our center of power. With all this chaos, it can easily leave us feeling hopeless and lost. If you're like me, you're looking for something more.
To feel seen, heard and understood and to be part of a community. These are the foundations of who we are as people. That's why I started this podcast. I realized that every single one of us is sitting on a vault of knowledge and experiences. It's time to bring those out in the open and learn from ourselves & each other. She founded her Growth Consulting and Coaching business in 2023 after she retired from Corporate America at the age of 39 to help grow small business and individuals. Frances has supported the biggest brands and executives in the world like Apple, Slack, and Adobe.
Coming from a troubled past with rape, addiction, financial hardship and more, Frances will share how she battled addiction, depression, anxiety, & imposter syndrome to succeed in all aspects of her life. She will provide tips on how to build resilience in turmoil and how she continues to protect her mental health in retirement.
