There's too many things to focus on outside of ourselves to keep us on edge & take us out of our center of power. With all this chaos, it can easily leave us feeling hopeless and lost. If you're like me, you're looking for something more.
To feel seen, heard and understood and to be part of a community. These are the foundations of who we are as people. That's why I started this podcast. I realized that every single one of us is sitting on a vault of knowledge and experiences. It's time to bring those out in the open and learn from ourselves & each other. His life’s purpose is to help people who suffer from trauma, are active in addiction, and who are Recovering from drug/alcohol abuse. Using the healing power of breathwork, movement, community and music as medicine.
