CRex and Sar met in high school when paper and pencil was parchment paper and quill pens. They have been friends since fire was invented. CRex is a Physical Education teacher, daughter, sister, wife, and parent.

Ash has one adult child. Ash and Sar met a little over a year ago at a yoga retreat, though Sar went for fun, Ash is an avid yoga participant.

Evangeline is a woman who is has set out and succeeded at creating a life on her terms. She and Sar met at a yoga retreat where both were newbies and worked hard to learn the ropes of yoga.

Madi is a young woman who has seen a lot of things in her life. She is sharing her stories in the hopes of helping others who may struggle with the same things she has worked on. Sar met Madi at Sar's sister's funeral of all places.
