Chris Vogel

Chris is a church planter and leader from Lancaster, PA. He married his wife Janet in 1982 and settled in Wisconsin 35 years ago. After completing seminary and pursuing a Ph.D., he assisted with a church plant in Milwaukee before planting Cornerstone Church in Waukesha in 1992. He served as senior pastor for 26 years and has been involved in church planting and credentialing in Northern Illinois and Wisconsin Presbyteries. He is the former Director of the On Wisconsin Network and the founder of NXTGEN Pastors, which trains mentors for pastoral health. Chris is also on the board of The Midwest Alliance and Flourish Coaching. Chris currently serves as MNA Church Planting and Vitality Coordinator. He and Janet have been married for 40 years and have three children and three grandchildren.

Irwyn Ince

Born and raised in Brooklyn, Irwyn Ince married Kim Shepard-El in 1992. He has a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from City College of NY and worked as a systems engineer and project manager in the Washington-Baltimore area. He went on to earn a Master's in ministry from Reformed Theological Seminary and helped plant City of Hope Presbyterian Church. He received a Doctor of Ministry from Covenant Theological Seminary in 2016 and served as Executive Director of the GraceDC Network Institute. He's a Qualified Administrator for the Intercultural Development Inventory and certified in Cultural Intelligence. In 2018, he was elected as the first African American moderator of the 46th PCA General Assembly. In 2021, he was elected MNA Coordinator and appointed Adjunct Professor of Pastoral Theology at RTS. He has published "The Beautiful Community." Irwyn and Kim have 4 children and 2 granddaughters and he enjoys coffee and kettlebells.
