Okay. How are you liking the intuition Activation Challenge? This five part series that we're doing, day one is the first activity, day two is the second activity, and so on and so forth, down to day five. So each of these steps, I've broken down into a weekly podcast episode for you, and I hope that you're loving it.

I hope you're loving it and it's helping you. So, first of all, let's review day one. What was day one? It was slow down.  Take five minutes just to pause and just be with yourself, be with your thoughts and listen to what comes up. So what came up for you?  Maybe you just needed five minutes to yourself.  I'm sure you had some thoughts cycle through. 

Maybe something that's been bugging you seemed to come up and it kind of made you think about it. Right.  How did it feel to slow down? For me, it always feels so good to slow down and just I. Take a minute. So building upon that is day two, and that is listen inward. So why? Why do we do this? Our body often knows the answer before your mind does, right?

So listening inward helps you tune into that gut feeling  and those subtle clues that your subconscious is trying to.  So we slowed down and now we're listening more,  right? So we're tuning in. So spend a few minutes today asking yourself this question, what do I need right now? So maybe it's not five minutes again, or maybe it is.

Maybe that felt really good to just take five minutes to be with yourself without distractions to slow down and listen to things. So today. Do the same thing. Put it in your calendar. It could be five minutes, it could be two minutes, whatever. Just some kind of timer to help you to ask yourself this question, what do I need right now?

Pay attention to what your body or your emotions say, even if it's unexpected. So what do you need right now?  Is that more quiet space by yourself without distractions?  Is that to talk something through with a friend?  Is that to go out in nature? Is that to take a nap?  What is it that you need right now as you're listening inward?
