What turns a decent launch into a record-breaking one...
More followers? A different webinar? A complete offer overhaul?
Not this time.
In this episode of Launch Loud, I'm breaking down the exact shifts my client Jen made to take her launch results from an average of around $15,000 to $52K without changing her niche.
I’ll unpack the 3 pre-launch shifts that transformed her results as well as what she deliberately didn't change (and why that's important).
If you’ve been launching reactively or scrambling to fill spots at the last minute, this episode is for you.
Because the difference between launching to three people and having buyers ready before you've even dropped the link often comes down to one thing: Your pre-launch.

Welcome to Launch Loud, where online coaches come to build iconic personal brands, create year-round demand, and fill their offers with their content. Launching loudly and proudly to six figures and beyond. Hello and welcome back to the Launch Loud podcast. My name is Brittany, and I'm very excited to be back in your ears today. In this episode, I have a little bit of a, I guess it's a bit of a case study. One of my clients and kind of just breaking down what she did and didn't do to really just break through a plateau of her launch results. And this is not advice that like is exclusive to people who are already launching and wanting to grow their results. This is advice that like literally we can all take on board. And regardless of whether this is something you are just kind of starting and getting into, regular launches or just selling your offer on Instagram in any way, these things are just so, honestly, just essential. And I think as simple as that sometimes they might even sound, we just can easily overlook them. And one of the things I'm most excited to also kind of reveal are the things that she didn't change. Because what is so common when we are constantly trying to optimize and improve and grow our results are figuring out, okay, what, like if we lift up the hood, what do we need to adjust or edit or change or delete first? And we're always sometimes looking at the wrong things instead of, like I said before, looking at the things that often are the most obvious and almost too obvious, but usually the simplest to double down on and get an amazing result. So this is a bit of a case study episode about my client Jennifer. And when I got this message from Jen after wrapping up her launch, I was actually really flawed because these launch numbers weren't just good. They were, they were wild, but they were just, it was just so interesting, right? Because not only did she get an amazing result, she actually really smashed through the original goal that we had set together for this particular campaign. So what she shared with me, she said, okay, the numbers are in. She said, I smashed my $30,000 launch goal and made $52,000 gross in sales with 27 signups. Definitely the best ever launch. It's 2x, my previous best launch, which was her first launch ever. So we're kind of looking at that, it was originally about $25,000. So she's doubled her best ever launch. And it's more than 3x my usual average of 15k. So when I kind of talk about that breakthrough of that plateau, that is where, or plateau, plateau? I'm not sure. Um, that is kind of where Jen was sitting, right? She she is someone who is a well-experienced um course creator, business owner, launcher, and she was running regular launches, typically three to four per year. And she had kind of hit a bit of an average of about $15,000 per launch after kind of her biggest best launch, which was her original kind of launch of the program, where she had about $25,000. And I see this quite a lot, is where if you are following all of the steps correctly, you are whether you've, you know, invested in someone to support you with this or you're just figuring it out on your own, kind of having that big first um launch is quite common. And a lot of the time that can be because uh you're kind of predominantly selling to your existing audience, who is quite normal. And again, something I encourage you to do if it's your first launch, but you are kind of looking at your existing circle and community, and you are doing a lot of the pre-launch to build anticipation and excitement for them because these are people who have followed you for a long time. Uh, and this is, of course, their chance to now work with you in this format. So it is why we typically will see an uh an exciting, um, big first launch. And then after that, it can be kind of hard to either sustain or increase that result. And again, it's because a lot of the time our our warmest, hottest leads, our existing community, have already bought. And then we don't really have that uh inflow of new people. And when you are launching consistently and regularly, which is something I am passionate about, it's really important that there is that consistent uh influx of new leads into your world all of the time. And that happens, yes, um, just through different methods. So, of course, you know, increasing your followers on Instagram, uh, maybe doing things like podcast, um, guest podcasting or collaborations of any kind, um, and just general exposure, but that can also come through the regular launches as well, because every single time you're launching, you're gonna be bringing in leads. And also naturally, not all of those leads will buy, so they stay in your pipeline over and over again. So it's really important at like a base level, and this is something that Jen obviously was also doing, that there is an influx of new leads. But a lot of the time, you will find the same people over and over and over again downloading your lead magnets, liking and enjoying your content, and maybe even attending your conversion events like a webinar or a challenge, but they aren't buying. And this can be frustrating, but there are a lot of reasons for that, right? Naturally, and obviously this is something that we don't want to change, it can take someone a few kind of go-rounds, I might say, to ultimately decide, okay, yes, I want to work with you. But if there are people who you are bringing into your ecosystem and they are someone who is super, super aligned with what you do, and you're like, they're like, yes, you know, you are the right person for me. I love everything you're talking about, I love everything everything you're saying, but they're not buying. We need to uncover that and kind of get to the bottom of that a little bit further. Because what launches create are urgency and scarcity around a particular offer. So we've got that handled, but it's really important that we also are speaking to kind of the buying journey before urgency and scarcity is required, right? Before the offer's on the table, because we don't just want to rely on that in your launch. And that's really where a lot of people can kind of get stuck, is because they're just relying on the big open cart moment and not actually what is coming before that. So, what was the difference uh for Jen between her $15,000 average and this particular $52,000 outcome? Because it was a launch for the exact same offer that she had been selling for years at this point. It was run by the exact same person. She did not have someone come in and do all of her content for her or run the entire launch for her. She was targeting the exact same niche and she was even using the same webinar. So that's what I want to talk to you about today, uh, because there are some things that did not change and some things that did. And that's what we're going to get into in this episode. And what's, you know, really interesting about this kind of whole result is that Jen didn't just experience this amazing launch. She she also had uh an influx of growth and new followers. Um, and another thing she also mentioned to me was that there were like less objections and kind of just less friction in the entire launch process overall. So I'm gonna get into it now. I'm gonna keep this intro has been like re reintroing for multiple times now. Um, but what I want to share with you are those three things that we did specifically during her pre-launch, right? We didn't try to save things post-webinar. Um, we didn't try to just like optimize and change the sales page three times over, but what we amplified um on what was already working and the gaps that we filled on what wasn't. So what did Jen change? Well, the first thing is that she tightened up her pre-launch messaging. And as I said to you before, um, this is the same niche, like same audience that she was launching to, right? We didn't like make a huge big change, or she didn't want to like change the program or the the offer itself. But when we actually looked at her audience, we realized that yes, we were speaking to her audience, which were um kind of aspiring beauty business owners or founders. So these people were uh people that owned or wanted to own a uh a skincare brand or a or a makeup brand, something along the lines of that. But what we realized is that there's a few more layers of the onion that we could kind of peel back here, because a beauty brand founder who is 10, 15 years into their business is going to be in a different place to a beauty brand founder who is a few months in and just trying to figure out what manufacturer to go with, right? So it was really important that we actually pinpointed exactly where they were at in their journey because Jen actually does help founders at all different stages. But particularly, this offer is more suitable and also converts better when uh it's the right type of person in that program, because it's more so about refining the early stages of the foundations and actually launching their first uh product or series of products, whatever it might be. So, what we identified is that yes, she was speaking to founders, but she wasn't getting super, super clear on exactly what stage of business these founders were in. So we actually dialed in further, and of course, we spoke to like, you know, aspiring beauty business founder about to launch or wanting to launch, but we even got a bit more um specific than that because what was really important to Jen is that these people coming into her program weren't just looking for a savior or someone to do it all for them. They she actually wanted people who were really, really uh committed to making sure that their business had everything set up the right way so that they could do things right the first time, uh, and avoiding, you know, things like having to rebrand or even going into down like the legal lawsuit pathway because they didn't have uh the right certifications or labeling on their brands. They were kind of cutting corners when it came to manufacturing and products and packaging. So we wanted to be super, super clear that these weren't just people who wanted to launch a beauty brand, but they wanted to do it right the first time, create an iconic brand that was going to be remembered and actually beloved by their audience and their customers. Um, and the type of person that this founder was gonna be was someone who was ambitious and courageous and actually really, really committed to creating something worthwhile that had longevity in it. So it was really important that her content didn't just speak to someone who wanted to have a beauty brand, who wanted to have a great product, but someone who was having a vision a bit more beyond that, but also not just had the vision, but also had the work ethic. Um, so we made sure, again, anytime she called out um her ideal client, that it wasn't just a beauty brand owner. It was an ambitious beauty founder to be who wanted to do things right the do things the right way the first time and create a brand that was ethical, trustworthy, and remembered. And that really, really changed the game, uh, not just for obviously her content, but also other elements of her launch. So things even in her webinar, just addressing things slightly differently, um, making sure that she really called out the identity of her ideal client and where they were now, and also where they wanted to be, um, you know, in just a few months or or years' time once their brand was out into the world. So this really helped her to make sure that the leads that she was bringing into her ecosystem, her launch, were super, super aligned, but also leads that were going to be people who saw the value in her program, saw the value in her support and her coaching because they weren't just looking for a quick fix or, you know, the Chat GPT fast solution. They wanted to do things right the first time, and they didn't want to cut corners. So that really, really was kind of the initial um, I think thing that really set off the trajectory of this launch was from the beginning, uh, Jen's reels, carousels, captions, uh, even things like her opt-in pages, her emails really was super, super tight and really pinpointed exactly where her leads were in the buying journey when they were like, you know what, I don't want to Google this anymore. I don't want to figure this out on my own. I want to do this right, and I want to invest in someone who's gonna help me to do that. Um, and that's exactly who we spoke to in her content. The second thing that we focused on in her content was not just kind of this like airy fairy, like, do you want the big brand that everyone loves and the the big, you know, skincare launch that's gonna be, you know, super talk worthy, all those things. We didn't just speak to kind of the aspirational elements, but also the practical elements, right? So a lot of the time, there's, well, and not a lot of time, like more often than not, um, we see these big promises um with a program or a course or some type of coach. And it's kind of like, okay, but how am I getting there, right? What is, what is, what are the actual steps? And I'm someone who's quite cynical. Um, and when people can make these really big um, I guess, promises uh about, you know, the outcome and how I'm gonna feel and what things are gonna look like, I'm kind of like, okay, so what are the steps? How are you gonna get me from point A to point B? Because I don't want to just have to rock up to a whole bunch of Zoom calls and be spoken at. I want to understand what action is required and how am I going to, how are you gonna help me to get that result? So what we actually did was really look at the the steps and the curriculum inside Jen's offer. And we obviously, because it's a fabulous offer and she's a wonderful coach and obviously someone who's very, very um, you know, committed to what she does, but also has, you know, all of the great training and expertise. Um, it's a very, very clear 12-week kind of format that not only does she uh teach, but it's kind of the way the program is structured as well. So what we did is we actually extracted this. And instead of like referring to it as module one and module two, we actually identified, okay, here are the here are the actual roadmapped steps that we would encourage you to take if you wanted to get this result in 12 weeks. And what we did, it wasn't just about being like, you know, here are the steps and here's like the how-to, because again, that type of content doesn't really motivate people to buy. What we did was we actually uh used that to compare. If you just committed to these 12 weeks, this is the outcome you will get. These are the steps that you would need to take, and this is the outcome that you would get. Versus if you didn't commit to these 12 weeks and you spend another 12 weeks trying to figure it out on your own, trying to Google it, trying to fudge your way through it, or probably maybe not even make any progress because you're just procrastinating everything. This is the result you would get from that. And we use those as a really powerful comparison. So, as to show them, look, yes, this is not going to be like completely done for you and easy and a walk in the park. But in 12 weeks, you will have XYZ based on this exact roadmap or formula or curriculum, whatever you want to refer to it as, which is my signature process, which I have taken through all of these clients. Or you could go and wait it out and spend another 12 weeks trying to figure it out on your own and maybe just end up in the same place. And that was a really, really powerful way, again, not just to speak to, you know, what they wanted and the result, but it also spoke to people who are super practical and are looking at your offer and thinking, hmm, okay, but like what's the ROI here and what's it gonna take from me? Because everything, every type of investment, uh, yes, there is always a cost investment, but there is also a time investment. And a lot of us right now are more busy than we are free. So when we are thinking about, okay, how am I gonna solve this problem? How am I gonna get from point A to point B? It's not just thinking about, okay, what pathway do I want to pick? Do I want to work with this coach or do I want to do that program or do I want to read that book or listen to that podcast, whatever. It's also about, okay, once I've done that, what are the steps? What is the time commitment from me? What is the energetic commitment from me? How much of this is it going to take up my time and my energy? And that is another decision that people have to make. So if you can make it super, super clear what is actually required and involved and how you're going to help to close that gap in the most efficient way possible, that's going to come into the buying decision a whole lot more. So again, we're not just speaking to the aspirational, inspiring, oh, look what you can do, look what you can have, but we're also speaking to the practical side of that as well. So there is clarity around that. And you're also pre-training clients, uh, your future clients in that process. I mean, like, hands up if you've ever like joined a program before or a course, even if just something like $97, anything at all, and you've like logged in and you're like, oh, okay, whoa, okay, now I need to what I need to what? I need to cold DM all these people? What? Sorry, you never mentioned that. And that's something that could something that can be really, really um frazzling, um, really, really disappointing when someone does um invest in you, is if you're like, they're like, oh wow, I didn't realize this was something that was part of your process. I didn't realize this was something that I had to do to get the result that you promised me online. So it's really important that you do bring your process, your methodology to the forefront of your content strategy, again, specifically in that pre-launch. So you can get people on side, they understand your process. And then when they actually do join your membership course, program, whatever, they are like already aware and they are able to make a jumpstart on the whole transformation. They are already aware, okay, this is what's going to take, this is what's involved, these are my options, this is how you can support me. And ultimately, that means that they get results faster and they also get better results as well, because they are already bought into your process and nothing is a surprise to them. So that was a second element that we really, really infused into Jen's content and also even elements of her webinar as well. So her method, her process was really, really clear and they could see the pros, the pros in that, um, as versus, you know, the cons of staying where they were. The third thing that she changed is that she stayed visible all the way to cart clothes. Now, something previously, um, you know, in previous launches, Jen is a like a superstar on Zoom. Like on her webinar, she knows what she's talking about. And as many like coaches and experts do, that is really where they shine because typically they love to educate, they love to teach. But most educators and experts usually don't make the best marketers. And again, it's because of that kind of disconnect of, well, I already know all of this, like uh, this is just what they need to know in order to want to buy this thing. And sure, if it was that simple, we'd all be millionaires. But a lot of the time, that's kind of where the gap ends up being, is that they put all of their emphasis and focus on this teaching moment on the webinar. And what then happens is people who don't attend the webinar or don't stay all the way to the end, or even so, like don't register for this masterclass or workshop or whatever you want to call it at all, um, for whatever reason, but are still following you on Instagram or, you know, any social media platforms that you're leveraging, and then they're missing out on this offer that they don't even know about because it's not there. So something that we focused on after such a consistent and committed pre-launch runway that Jen had rolled out, it was so critical that she actually stayed visible all the way through to cut close. And this is again something very, very common kind of after all the work to do the webinar. People kind of get a little bit exhausted and a little bit tired and don't have the systems and processes in place to keep up the consistency and the visibility during that open cart period, even if you've got all the emails going out, even if you've got ads going out, right? So what she did is she actually continued with that content plan all the way through. Again, of course, kind of shifting out of pre-launch mode into more active sales mode. So the content is more conversion style content, bottom of funnel content, but she kept showing up even when engagement dipped or energy waned. And if you've run a launch before, you would know it's very, very normal to experience this like lull and quietness um post the first few days mid-launch. It is, it can be terrifying. It can be a little bit like, what the hell is going on? No one is uh responding to me. Uh, people are clicking my emails, but no one is buying anything. And that's actually when your energy and your visibility needs to either remain the same or increase, right? Because this is decision time. So when Jen did this, she was actually able to increase the amount of sales she made during that usual, usual lull period. And then those sales also then had that big uptick right at the end. And she also continued making sales post-cart close. And the reason why is because we think when we're launching that everyone is like on the same trajectory as we are. They're like, yes, day one, day two, day three. That's not true. We are on day two, day three, day four, we're moving along. But your audience, your leads are actually like a few hours, if not even days, behind, just catching up, right? And that's because they are still living their lives, they're doing whatever the hell that they've got to get done in their day, uh, especially if they're business owners, they're also just running their business, right? So we need to kind of allow for them to absorb and connect with what we're sharing, take it all in, and also make that decision. Sometimes that looks like taking the Weekend. Sometimes that looks like speaking to their partner or their family about it. And again, thinking about okay, what's the investment here? What's the time investment here? What is this, what is this actually going to look like for me? So when you are visible all the way through your open cart period, you are there to facilitate the decision and hopefully move some more buyers across the line. What can also happen is those people who are very, very delayed in all of this decision-making process, or maybe not, again, not even aware any of this is happening because they didn't come to your webinar or they're not on your email list for whatever reason, but they slowly start to see all of this sales-based content. Um, they are like, oh wow, what is this? And you can actually end up making some sales you didn't even realize could be sales because maybe the A, they weren't a lead originally, or they're just a quiet lurker waiting for the right time. Um, but they can also come in post, you know, cart clothes, because like, you know what, I just missed out. Let me know if there's still time to join because of all of that excitement and energy that you are bringing forward. So that is what ended up happening to Jen as well. So it can be as simple as, you know, of course, all of your main content, things like reels and carousels, but even like a quick 15-minute live, it could be just a very simple story sequence. Any touch point uh counts, especially during those key moments in a launch. And when you do have the right pre-launch runway, you've got the right momentum. You're hopefully then also seeing those sales as a result of all of that effort. But when you continue that through your open cart as well, you're really able to basically just leave no stone unturned or leave no lead untouched, is something that I always like to say. So Jen also um brought in, uh, as I said earlier, uh 27 signups during the actual open cart period. And she also had an extra last-minute pay and full sign-up that happened after she closed the cart as well, which was very, very exciting. And she said very, very unexpected, um, but just something that, you know, brought her a little bit of joy and excitement. It's always like nice when that extra one comes through, something that you didn't didn't expect. Um, another thing that Jen mentioned when we were debriefing on her launch is that um what she noticed specifically when it came to Instagram is that she had more DMs than usual. There was just a lot more activity going down in her DM inbox. And another thing, aside from all of those conversations that were happening, were there were just less objections. And she mentioned that she felt that her content was handling a lot of the normal things that would pop up. And she had done that through her pre-launch, right? Again, speaking to the person who didn't just want to Google their way through it and cut corners, uh, speaking to the person who was worried that maybe this investment would cost them a lot. But she said, but you know what's going to cost you even more? Dealing with lawsuits or having to rebrand or repackage because you didn't have things set up the right time. So she handled a lot of those objections again in the pre-launch, but also again during that open cart period, so that the conversations that were happening in her DMs were frictionless, were a lot more about when can we start, you know, how do how, you know, what's included, how can we work together, and basically just getting more sales across the uh across the line directly in Instagram instead of just relying on those people who were on the webinar or were on your email list. Um, so those were the three key things that Jen changed. Again, this is someone who is a very experienced launcher, um, has a high converting offer, but was able to really amplify her results. Um, but I also want to speak to two things that ultimately didn't change, but I believe had changed effects uh to them because of again that pre-launch um strategy that we rolled out. The first one is that she did run the same webinar. And in this case, for Jen, this webinar was a three-day series. So this was something that is another thing to keep in mind with a three-day series and basically like a challenge star launch. You've got to hold onto your audience's attention like for even longer, right? Than even just like a one once-off um Zoom webinar. So Jen had had a lot of great success with this multi-day webinar before, and we wanted to obviously not change something that was working and converted well. Um, but we did look at it and as I said previously, tightened up a lot of the messaging which flowed into the webinar as well. Obviously, we want things to be consistent from what people see on your socials and promoting it to what's actually delivered inside the webinar too. So we had um a bit of like a uh an audit of what was actually in the webinar to make sure that that again called to those people who this offer is right for and what they ultimately want, that result. Um, but we also injected things like that 12-week roadmap and and having that kind of cost of no change element there. What we did add on um outside of that three-day experience was an added like pop-up QA. Something that I really find a lot of people value right now is the chance. Well, basically transparency is what it is overall, but the chance to kind of just like ask questions and be like, hey, can you just walk me through what you'd mean by this? Because again, our audience isn't always as caught up. They don't know the ins and outs of what we do and how we do things. So what we scheduled in um a few days after was a pop-up. It was it was pre-planned, but positioned as pop-up, a pop-up kind of open house QA. Because again, your audience is behind uh where you are. So once they had actually caught up from everything on that webinar series, Jen wanted that chance to again address anything, answer questions, and fill in any gaps as they came up. So that was kind of another, again, a touch point um in Jen's launch that really helped her to connect with more leads and have more conversations without having to add in something like a sales call, which can be really, really time consuming on your calendar. It was kind of like a bulk sales call, if you will. Uh, but again, something really, really easy for her to kind of inject and insert into her launch plan without a lot of time required. Um, but again, a chance for her leads to connect with her, have that transparency moment and get to know more about the program now that they kind of had gone through that educational webinar experience. The second thing that didn't change is that Jen still ran ads. Um, and I think probably because I'm like more of an Instagram focused person, people think I don't use ads or don't recommend or even teach ads, but I definitely do. And they are not something to be afraid of if it's something you haven't gone down that track before. Obviously, making sure that your organic content is dialed in and working for you is important. But what Jen had noticed, even with using ads, is that there just wasn't that traction there. So, yes, Jen still did continue to run ads, but what we really noticed the improvement on was as these people were entering her world, following her or finding her and even joining the webinar, maybe from an ad, they were then more exposed to a lot of her organic content, which helped to really accelerate the warming up and the indoctrination of her process. Again, so when they arrived to that webinar, there had already been more touch points. They weren't just receiving some reminder emails. They had gotten to know Jen in that time. They had gotten to know her ethos, her process, her methodology, and they saw a lot of social proof again before they even got onto the webinar. And this is something that is so, so important is that, and I think I've already said this, touch points. It's so important that someone isn't just connecting with you once, like signing up to a webinar or a wait list and then never hearing from you again until they start selling to you, right? We want to start that process, accelerate that buying journey. And when you do have that organic pre-launch strategy really locked in, it only improves your ad strategy as well. And if you felt like you've like just had to like just dial in further and further and further on ads because you're like, I just need more leads, I just need more leads. Yes, totally increasing, you know, budget. That's one thing, right? Uh, improving ad quality and the creative, right? And all of the metrics there, that's one thing. But the other thing I would suggest, if not prioritize, is actually doubling down on your organic strategy. Because it's one thing for someone to see an ad and be like, yeah, I'm gonna follow that person, might, I might attend that masterclass. But if they get more exposure to you and they understand more about who they are, they're gonna be who you are. Sorry, they're gonna be more likely to attend, uh, more engaged, already more bought into your process and much more likely to actually convert into that as well. So that is kind of the recap on everything Jen did and didn't do to get that result and start to really scale her results. And maybe you're someone right now, you've got a group offer. Um, maybe you're selling it a little bit haphazardly, maybe just like as a cohort ends, like, oh, okay, I better start the next cohort, or maybe you just kind of do it as needed when cash is dipping, or you know, as you want to run it. And yes, it's technically launching, but it's always a little bit rushed and reactive. I know Jen was a little bit of a reactive uh launcher in the past. Um, or maybe you are kind of getting by okay on one-on-one and done for you clients selling via referrals, but you want to prioritize that volume offer that you've had in the background, but you're just not sure how to go about it because selling services can be so, so different to selling a group program or any type of one-to-many offer. And I get it, it can be hard to know where to start. But that's really what ultimately I do with my clients inside the Instagram Launch Lab. It is about having a practical plan and actually then rolling that out. It's one thing to make plans because I know I'm someone who loves to plan. Planning is the best part, but actually having the support and accountability to see it through is what is super, super key because we can be all talk and no action. But when we take action, we make faster decisions, we get faster feedback, and we actually learn a whole lot faster and we see a whole lot um more, faster progress, right? So whether you are someone who are you're ready for like kind of like that end of year launch for your signature offer or you're wanting to get that offer just created and out the door to know if this can actually work and you can finally scale back on your other services, I would love you to look out for the Instagram Launch Lab, check it out, um, and see if it's the right fit for you. Because in just eight weeks, you could be starting to make back your investment. Um, during your open cart, you'd be actually making sales. And not only that, but you're also collecting all of the data that you would need to make your next move, right? So in about, well, not even, not even two weeks, would have your next cash plan mapped out. That's what your revenue roadmap call is all about. It's a custom plan. Uh, well, first of all, it's a call, but I create a custom plan for you to figure out, okay, what is the offer? How are we getting it out there? What are our goals? What are our benchmarks, and what do we need to do to get there? Plus, all of the actual customized action steps to do that. So that just takes, you know, less than two weeks you'd have that turned around and you're already rolling that out. And by the three-month mark, you are already having that offer out in the world. You might be installing or refining any of your back-end renewal offers so your revenue grows while you're not launching. You're locking in the rest of your marketing calendar for 2026 so you know what quarter four looks like and you're not just guessing your way through to the end of the year. And as well, optimizing all of the systems, polishing your messaging, or maybe even shifting into evergreen as well. And all of that really just becomes easier once we have the data, once we have the momentum, once we have the traction. So again, this program is not just about theory. It's not just about doing a lot of planning and, you know, kind of looking at all the different fun ways to launch. It's actually about launching. It's about selling, it's about structure, and it's about getting the support that you need to take all of that action, right? Having someone by your side to be blunt, to give you the feedback that you need, to help you make those decisions a whole lot faster so you can make the progress that you want to make progress about. Because you said, right, 2026 would be the year. Am I right?
