Hey hey, I'm Tayna your host for Higher Me.
I founded this podcast when I was unemployed, fried out of my mind, and yet on a daily mission to become the highest and best version of myself.
I am not perfect, clearly. But, I am filled with wisdom and love ready to spread to the world. I've learned a lot in my 25 years on this planet. I've learned lessons that most come to learn much later on in their lives. And because of that, I'm currently on a daily mission to not only change my life for the better but to inspire others to do so as well. As long as we're evolving, we're setting up new grounds for future endeavors that have yet to be discovered. It's all a part of this wonderful yet unpleasant thing we call Life.
