Shalonda D. Carlisle, LCSW, a native of Jackson, Mississippi, a Psychotherapist, Adjunct 

Professor, Author, and  Social Worker; graduate from the University of Southern Mississippi 

with a Bachelor's in Social Work and a Double Masters from Jackson State University in Social 

Work and Special Education. Shalonda is currently finishing her doctorate in Urban & Regional

Planning. Shalonda has 20 years of experience as a Social Worker.  Shalonda currently servesas 

a board member with the Alcohol Service Center and  Growing Up Knowing facilitator in 

Jackson, Mississippi and serves as a Junior Auxiliary member of Madison County. Ms.Carlisle 

currently serves as a volunteer at a Transitional Shelter for the past 18 years. 

Dr. Bianca Bullie-Thompson was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi. She attended Lanier High School, where she graduated with honors. Dr. Bullie-Thompson then attended Hinds Community College in Raymond, Mississippi,. She began her professional career as a registered nurse in 2003 at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in the Medical Intensive Care Unit. She continued her education, obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the School of Nursing at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2004 while employed there. Dr. Bullie-Thompson would continue her nursing career as a travel nurse until 2007.  She later decided to continue her education at Alcorn State University, earning her Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner and many years after that, her Doctorate in Nursing at The University of Southern Mississippi.
