Good morning Jared. My name is Graham. My wife and I are about a year into growing Dexter cattle and some forage on 60 acres of leases on the west slope of CO and immensely blessed to be doing so. Our project is informed first by the Word and we feel it imperative to steward the animals and ground in a regenerative way. We are continuously humbled by the steep learning curves of soil health principles, animal genetics/epigenetic expression in our context of tired out conventionally farmed ground that has had its yield mechanically removed annually since at least the 1970s. We just finished calving and are working on a batch of Johnson Su composters started and get an appropriate grazing program designed and implemented.
