Do you feel insecure about some aspect of yourself?
Do you find it hard to accept yourself for all that you are?
Does insecurity cause you to feel sad, anxious or depressed?  

In the latest episode of ' I Have Issues,' I discuss the issue of insecurity.   
We can all feel insecurity and managing it is not always easy. 
We may feel anxious, scared and sad about some parts of who we are and find these hard to live with. 
Insecurity can leave us feeling we are not good enough and we can negatively compare ourselves to others, 
We may become desperate for attention from others so we can feel good about ourselves. 

People with an issue of insecurity can find it hard to be in a relationship and become needy and possessive because they feel insecure about themselves.  
Dealing with our insecurities is vital so that they don't hold us back from living our life on our own terms.
