Dr Mark Rackley

Do you feel you have Burnout?
Is Burnout something that you are concerned about, for you or for someone you care about?
What exactly is Burnout and is it really such a big deal?

In the latest episode of ' I Have Issues,' I discuss the issue of Burnout.
Burnout is a serious issue, creating poor physical and mental health for the person who has it.
Burnout is not  something to be taken lightly, as it can have drastic implications for the person's quality of life, relationships and career,
Burnout can sadly cause some people to feel suicidal and also struggle with addiction problems.

In this episode I explain what Burnout means, the symptoms to look out for and how someone may develop an issue with it.
I talk about how to cope if you have Burnout and ways to stop yourself from getting it in the first place.
As always, this  podcast is about hope and I discuss ways that you can manage the issue of Burnout.

I'm a London based adolescent and adult chartered psychologist.
