Are you experiencing grief?
Are you trying to support someone who is grieving?

Grief is one of the most intense psychological  experiences we can go through.
It consumes our life, leaving us feeling lost, hopeless and scared.
Grief can cause a number of physical and mental health problems and sadly, grief can even end your life.

Why is grief such a difficult issue to cope with?
What happens in our body and brain when we are grieving?
Is there anything we should do / not do that will help?
What can you do to support yourself and others who are grieving?

In this episode I will provide help to cope with grief.
