Jenn became a licensed Realtor after graduating with her MBA from Temple University in 2001. In 2017, she joined the Sivel Group of Berkshire Hathaway Fox & Roach Realtors (BHHS) as their managing partner.. Together with partners Michael Sivel and Mark Malfara, the Sivel Group and their 21 agents are riding a wave of accomplishments and success, moving from 76th in the country with BHHS in 2016, to #12 in 2023.

As a former Division I athlete at The College of William and Mary, and later a Division I Coach at Temple, Jenn uses that coaching mentality to create a winning team dynamic that promotes success and camaraderie. Her competitive drive and passion are evident in all aspects of her business, whether it’s working for her executive relocation clients or continuing to build the Sivel Group brand. Jenn believes the core values of trust, openness, diversity, and inclusion are the driving force in building a winning culture at the Sivel Group. 

Born and raised in Erdenheim, Michael Sivel is about as familiar with Greater Philadelphia Area real estate as Philadelphians are with cheesesteaks. Michael began his real estate career as a licensed assistant appraiser in 1999 and quickly put his proverbial toe in the water as a realtor. In 2005, he dove in head first and founded The Sivel Group. As the founder and one of the team leaders of The Sivel Group, Michael and his partners have built his passion for real estate into, the #7 Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices team in the state for sales volume, and #12 large BHHS team in the country, closing out 2021 with 200 transactions and more than $155MM in sales.

When he isn’t busy working hard for his clients, Michael can be found enjoying live music, collecting concert posters and art prints, hiking in the Wissahickon, and spending time with his family.
