Hey, welcome back to Fuel for Thord, empowering women to live healthier lifestyles. I'm Tracy Elizabeth. I'm Nicole Heller.
Speaker 2:And we are back. We are so excited to be here. Happy 2024, episode three. We are coming to you with something new today A little bit of passion, a little bit of fire, A little bit of get your shit together. Okay, so we are coming to you with something different. So you know, you followed us. If you followed us all through last year, you obviously got the gist that Tracy and I both lost a lot of weight. A little bit, a little bit, a little bit a lot.
Speaker 2:So, before we actually get into everything that we're going to go through today, I do want to read a little disclaimer. So OptiVIA makes no guarantee of financial success. Success with OptiVIA results from successful sales efforts, which require hard work, diligence, skill, persistence, competence and leadership. We see the OptiVIA income disclosure statement for statistics on actual earnings and coaches and that will be linked below. So I just had to get that out of the way for you guys. But we are now down to business. Now down to business. So I did want to discuss OptiVIA. So it's something that we did not discuss at all last season.
Speaker 2:You know Tracy and I are passionate about our habits. We're passionate about, you know. Yes, our weight loss is important to us. How much weight did you lose? 165 pounds, amazing. I lost 145 pounds. And yes, we did utilize the OptiVIA program. Yes, we did To do that, and you know we're so passionate about it. Yes, we are both OptiVIA coaches helping lots of people do what we did and I think, for the first time, we feel passionate about coming to our podcast. You know our podcast is for us to empower women to live healthier, no matter what your path is. We're not here to tell you it has to be OptiVIA. But the reason why you know we're so passionate about our podcast is that it's giving us a voice and we want to come here today because there's been a lot, of, a lot, a lot a lot of, let's say, things that are not so positive about OptiVIA myths that are out there.
Speaker 2:You know, we want to, we want to, we want to put those to rest. We want to put those to rest. So, before we go into any of that, we want to share a little bit about what it is. So OptiVIA is a program that you don't. It's not a box of food. It's not a box of food.
Speaker 1:Let's just say that let's put it out there, it's not a box of food.
Speaker 2:It's a life-changing transformational program Focusing on one healthy habit at a time. Thank you very much. Just saying so. The whole concept is eating six small meals is eating throughout your day. It's the whole concept is behavioral change. The whole concept is teaching you to eat every two to three hours and prioritize protein, right, so go ahead, you take it away with what, how? Because you're I mean, you're amazing.
Speaker 1:So Well, I think for me one, I'm going to say that I wouldn't be here today healthy 165 pounds down, optimizing that weight loss in addition to a full transformation my physical body, my mental health. I'm here with a voice because of OptiVIA, yes, but because Nicole started OptiVIA and I was too stubborn to start that. She gave it to me as a Christmas person, so thank you because she loves Christmas, but I love Christmas. However, though as grateful as I am for her and for OptiVIA, it was my decision and my choice to work the entire program. So I'm going to say the entire program and we're going to talk a little bit about that.
Speaker 1:But for me, the behavioral change I fell in love with more than anything because I did share in previously in the episode in season one was that I am a former educator and as an educator I specialized in behavior and I wrote tons of behavioral plans. So, like if anybody out there listening understands a behavioral plan, it is about changing behavior and replacement of behavior. So to me, when we talked about the light switch, it was kind of like a light switch for me, as I was losing the weight through nutrition and through the structure of learning how to eat with a crazy lifestyle and with a career and as a single mother, learning how to eat six times a day, every two to three hours, was the first component that OptiVIA had gifted me to really learn about. It started to teach me about pattern or behavior and just habit in general, and I sat back and I thought about like OptiVIA taught me, like why, why do you want to get healthy? Why is this weight loss important to you? Why is it important for me to surround myself with like-minded people who are fighting the same fight as me?
Speaker 1:That, as an educator who wrote a lot of behavioral plans, including her child's behavior plans, which, by the way, he had a lot of them to work on all areas of his life right that. I sat there and thought about how genius OptiVIA is to look at habit and how much my life would have changed as an educator if I would have just wrote a behavioral plan for myself when I needed it before OptiVIA, right? So thank you, optivia, for being the genius behind this, because I started to learn that that blueprint that OptiVIA created through the Habits of Health Transformation System was actually my own behavior plan, right, right. So that kind of like unlocked a lot of areas in my life. So as I was losing the weight, I really started to channel in on those behaviors that needed to be replaced, but then also the behaviors that I needed to incorporate into my life functionally.
Speaker 2:Right, and I think that one of the biggest misconceptions that people have about OptiVIA is oh well, you get this box of food and you eat this box of food and you lose weight in such an unhealthy way and then you stop eating the food and then you gain all the weight back. And what people don't really understand is that if they take a step back and really understand that OptiVIA is not just the box of food, that actually the smallest component is the box of food and that if you really unlock every part of the puzzle, that's when true transformation happens. What's in that box is actually the tiniest bit. Yes, there are fuels, there are protein snacks and I have to tell you, the hot chocolate is my absolute favorite. I absolutely love to put it in my coffee, but you know, that's just the smallest component.
Speaker 2:The behavioral component that you're talking about, the why in the elements of our lifebook, is such a big piece. The community component is such a big piece and if you listen to our podcast, the entire season was built on community women supporting each other, helping each other, find our voice, helping style each other, helping, you know, build each other. Up in with Lauren, with Lauren from Berg and her whole community, like that is a big part of.
Speaker 2:Jesse telling you to flip that f and switch Exactly. You know, like and that whole thing, and accountability with a coach and having somebody to lean on, like those. Those are the components of Octavia. It is not eat this food, lose weight here. Take this bar and eat it and lose weight and be done with it. It is a process of you deciding that you're going to unlock all these components, and that's what we did. It wasn't about eat this food, lose the weight, and I think that's a huge misconception that's out there right now.
Speaker 2:And I want to go on the record and say, like, this is not something that Tracy and I scripted for anyone today. This is something that we're coming to you with passion, off the cuff right now, just because of a few things that we've seen on social lately, that honestly, it hits home. Yeah, because it's something that has truly changed our life over five years and that we've been able to have the gift to help other people, and so, like, this is really just our heart on the line. So you're probably going to hear some things that may make your shoulders go up and, quite frankly, it's our podcast, so we couldn't really care less, but honestly, it's really about like, just coming to you with our heart open. So you know one of the other questions that we get all the time.
Speaker 2:So Tracy and I both became health coaches really early on, right, really Octavia coaches. We became Octavia coaches really early on in our journey and, like, why did I become an Octavia coach? Honestly, I was two weeks in my journey. I didn't know how to Octavia coach anyone, like I didn't know what I was doing, I just knew my friends wanted to do this with me and accept me or accept you.
Speaker 2:I forced her to do it with me because we were best friends and she had to do with me. But, like, at that point, it wasn't about you know doing anything, it was about creating community, it was about building community together. So, like, let's be clear on something. Like, let's be real clear, I am, we Octavia coaches are not nutritionists, we are not dietitians, we are not doctors. The programs are written by doctors, by nutritionists, by. They're backed by science. They are written for you. We do not, as Octavia coaches, rewrite the script. We walk next to you. Okay, we walk beside you. We are not your doctors. We walk beside you. We do not need to be qualified to do that. We come to you with the experience and the empathy and the love and the community that will help lift you up and encourage you. So, maybe some fun recipes, some inspiration not from Tracy.
Speaker 2:some inspiration, some motivation from experience, from experience and love. That is the job of an Octavia coach. So please don't come to me and say you are not qualified because you are not a nutritionist. You're damn right, I'm not a nutritionist.
Speaker 1:And I want to point out a lot of people that comment and say those things are the people that are still on a healthy Still looking for something to get done. So when we say your shoulders may go up, go look in the mirror and ask yourself why your shoulders are going up, because I haven't come across anybody yet that contradicts that and they're healthy.
Speaker 2:Well, 100%, I mean nobody that's succeeding is ever looking down on you. Know anyone?
Speaker 1:check out that other episode.
Speaker 2:That's just the way it is. But I just want to be very clear on that. That's one of the top things that I hear on social yeah is that you're, you have to be qualified. These people are not qualified to call themselves health coaches. I'm not a health coach, I'm an OptiVia coach, okay, and I am here to walk beside you. We are here to walk beside you, encourage you, share our experience and our love and be there to support you when you're hungry. To be there to support you and share your success and be excited for you. Help walk with you through the lifebook. Help be so excited for you when you're feeling like you can buckle that seatbelt On an airplane on an airplane without a seatbelt, extender amen Like course the leagues for the first time.
Speaker 2:Yes, we're there to hold you accountable when you don't want to get on that scale. Girl, I know you don't want to get on that scale today. You're gonna get on that scale like we're there to walk that with you. I'm not your doctor, I'm not your doctors. To stop thinking that you're gonna call me unqualified because I'm saying I'm your doctor, I'm not your doctor. But the program is backed by science. It is written. I am not rewriting it. I just want to be very clear about that and I hope everybody who wants to hate on that on social can hear that loud and clear.
Speaker 1:Which, by the way, I just want one when I went like that before to talk about a lot of the doctors and everybody on above that line in Optivia. They're all wonderful people too, with amazing hearts on a beautiful mission that they really want people to succeed a lifelong Transformation a hundred percent. When people think about all a program is written by doctors that they don't really care like Optivia cares like that is the whole mission.
Speaker 1:Dr Anderson is a beautiful beautiful man and it is one of the things that I value most and excited when I represent Optivia hundred percent.
Speaker 2:So the other question why we started talking about how we became coaches early on was because we decided that we were gonna all of Our friends wanted it, you know lose weight together. You know we had no idea we were on but, I, decided for me. I'm just saying it's very true.
Speaker 1:It's very true.
Speaker 2:So we decided we were gonna be coaches together and create this community together, and it really it was amazing. So the other thing that I see on social often is oh well, they just want you to do it, they just do it for the money, they just do it for the money. Well, I'm here to tell you that I do not make millions of dollars. Really, I do right, I do not jet set around the world. I do not. You know, whatever like, whatever the case may be, I would do this. Look at her fingernails.
Speaker 1:Look at my finger.
Speaker 2:I do not. I literally would do this for free. At the end of the day, optivia and I will never, ever try to Lie to people. I am full disclosure. I will never. There is no secret sauce here. Optivia does pay their coaches. At the end of the day, the there is no secret ever. You, I would do it for free, but the reason. Tell me why. Tell me why you became an active vehicle, because I'm gonna start yelling and I don't want to. Besides, you told me to do it.
Speaker 1:Besides that, Well for me. I started as a health coach my second month in and I had it was actually a teaching assistant of mine her daughter came to me and reached out to me on social media and told me that she was interested in the program and she was very young. She actually was one of my. The teaching assistant's daughter at that time was 12, set up my very first classroom and it was just so special to me because I've known her as a child. She was overweight, still overweight as an adult, and she wanted my help and the coaching opportunity was there for me. I took it. I was working full time as an educator, a single mother, but I said to myself well, why wouldn't I help somebody? Like, it's just so natural for me to help somebody, and then the opportunity to help coach, to be compensated, was there. Like, why not Like? Why wouldn't I do it right?
Speaker 2:So I kind of just that's what I don't understand. Like we live in a world where, if you're presented with an opportunity, who says no? When you're presented with an opportunity, sure.
Speaker 1:So like Especially a single mother living on Long Island.
Speaker 2:And you're also presented with an opportunity where you're actually giving back and you're helping someone.
Speaker 1:And selfishly I was helping myself because it kept me committed to my health goals at that time. I was 270 pounds at that time when I became a health coach.
Speaker 2:Exactly so. Now you're walking beside someone and you're holding yourself accountable. You're being compensated for that. The person is being held accountable by you. You're helping them. They're feeling amazing and everyone is winning in that situation in their health. Like I'm not understanding the concept of well, they're only in it for the money. I'm like I literally don't understand the concept of that. I really don't. Like I will sit here today and tell you that I'm not certain what my life would be like if I didn't have the community-.
Speaker 1:Oh, I'm certain.
Speaker 2:Yeah, like if I didn't have the community of the OptiVIA coaches that are around me.
Speaker 1:You'll be sitting here with these messed up now 300 pounds, just saying.
Speaker 2:No, but like I know that I have the tools to maintain, like you have the tools to maintain your weight loss.
Speaker 1:If you didn't become a health coach, would you have gained those tools?
Speaker 2:No, no, like really being able to. No, like I believe in the program of OptiVIA, but like really thinking about the concept of our community that we've created, like all of the things that have come along with it. Like I'm just, I don't wanna hear like, oh well, they do it for the money. No, I don't do it for the money and like, but at the end of the day, like if somebody's presenting you with an opportunity, like are we in a world where people are not jumping in opportunities Like independently?
Speaker 1:wealthy yeah, like, what are we doing?
Speaker 2:Like I'm not understanding that.
Speaker 1:Well, I think, if people look at it in other perspectives. If your child is struggling in school and they need a tutor, you're gonna like look for a free tutor. Like let me know where that free tutor is. Yeah, let me know. Or this example we're sitting here in a beautiful studio with Mr Rob over here, like he loves his job, but he's not gonna be like hey, it comes to my studio, it's free and I'll do all the technology stuff for you for free. No, he loves us, he respects us, he's excited for what we're doing, but he's gonna get paid. Like it's just the way that the world that we live in today Crazy.
Speaker 2:to me it's crazy.
Speaker 1:I mean, I want to meet somebody that tells me that they would do something that they love and if they're offered to get paid, they're going to say no and just work for free on Long Island. Like it's just not possible. I know, I don't know.
Speaker 2:Well, anyway, I think it's just those people that are not doing what they need to do for themselves, and it's a way to use it Right and I think that when I think about you know the Octavia coaches that I know and listen, I'm not here to say that there aren't. You know people that are not with integrity and not with kindness in any arena, like lawyers and doctors and in every arena.
Speaker 1:I noticed how she said lawyers first.
Speaker 2:No, no, I don't mean that Like she does. All right, police officers too. No, I'm just kidding, Sorry.
Speaker 1:Terrence.
Speaker 2:Sorry, terrence, but like really thinking, like in every profession and every job, like there's just people in everything that are not met with them and that are not met with the integrity that we there's, it's just out there and I get that, but don't you think then, looking at a person, it is your responsibility.
Speaker 1:the same way we seek out Rob, the same way I'm going to seek out the best basketball coach for my son.
Speaker 1:Exactly, it's the same way as a health coach. So when people are and this is the other, I don't even know if it's a question, but I'm just going to put it out there. But the other thing is like, oh, people are using social media as like a scam, like I think I just posted something about that, it was actually a repost. For five years, I guys Five years I've been using social media as my platform, not to make money but to continue my health journey and to bring people on this journey with me because I want them to feel the way that I feel. Five years ago I was walking into my home at nine o'clock at night, working endless hours and she's a testimony to that because I would leave her house at 830 and she was always so sad that I was leaving to go pick up laundry and go pick up dinner because I didn't cook. And like to be in a place right now of learning how to handle all of that and seeing those memories come up.
Speaker 1:My social media was a gift. It's a platform. It is not a scam to tell people like I'm living this like a wonderful life, like become a health coach, make a lot of money, blah, blah, blah all that wonderful stuff, like no, I did it because that becoming an OptaVehicle coach changed my life. It gave me opportunities to not only improve my health my physical health, my mental health, my financial health, like it opened up doors. So I don't know one person that would sit here and try and argue with me when that's all out there, like it's not magic.
Speaker 1:I put in the work, I did it, and what gets me really Beep beep Al gave me permission. You guys are going to find out who Al is at the end of season two, by the way. But what gets me really mad is when I I don't get too many comments on that, I guess, because I don't know why, but I see it out there on social media. But if somebody is standing in my face having that conversation with me and, one, you're overweight. Two, I see you're unhealthy. And if you're not overweight but you're just a miserable person and you want to question what I do for a living and question this program, I'm living proof in a walking billboard of a testimony that is here saying I've lost that much weight, I've maintained that weight and now I'm optimizing that health in all aspects of my life. So nobody can argue with me about that and if there's no magic, like I'm the magic I created, the magic I got the wand I learned how to use my air fryer.
Speaker 1:just saying, like I had to learn, I eat food and if anybody eats with me they know I love my food. And if it doesn't come in time, can we go? Can?
Speaker 2:we go right into that. Can we go right into that? We can talk about my steak.
Speaker 1:No, when I talk about your steak you do make a really great steak. So like that's where my steak doesn't come the way I like it or I got to wait for a long time, oh, God, she's insufferable when she has to wait for her food Like it's like every.
Speaker 2:You have to know that if you go to dinner with Tracy and she's waiting for her food, everybody at the table just stays quiet waiting for the food. I don't remember that. Because no, literally because you don't want to like, poke the bear. Because if she like, if you poke the bear and she doesn't have her food like you have to, she starts getting pissed off. It's crazy.
Speaker 1:And it's not because I'm not eating throughout the day, like I consume a lot of food.
Speaker 2:No, I know, but you, you literally it's crazy, but anyway, it's another story. So, like the whole thing, another huge misconception that we see, and both of us are sitting here living proof five years later. As soon as you stop eating that Octavia food, you're going to get fat. And, yes, people use the F word and first of all, I don't like the F word. Now, if anybody is allowed to use the F word fat, it's me and you, because we were both fat. So we, we, we earn the word, the F word, but at the same time, like people actually say that, okay, it is me. Five years later, this is you.
Speaker 2:Five years later, I do not eat Octavia food all day. Every day remain five and one to maintain my weight loss. I do not Amen. The program worked properly, has taught me how to eat for my body all day, whole foods, same same. Thank you, why is it such a misconception? Why? Why don't people understand? Because you're not doing it right like a. Why don't people understand? I don't understand. Like it's such a misconception, do I have to eat those things for the rest of my life? As soon as you're done, you're gonna gain the weight back. I still haven't gained the weight back. Do me a favor, hold your breath. Can you do me a favor? Do me a favor and hold your breath that you're driving force. Hold your breath, do me a favor. Like it is such a misconception and the reason why I'm so passionate about the topic and and, honestly, we did not plan on coming to this platform without it's actually gonna be a different topic.
Speaker 2:Yes, it was totally gonna be a different. We're actually gonna talk about Easter or something, but like really we're so passionate about it because this program has changed our life and I don't know if it's like the new year and like people are looking for like things to do so they feel like they have to trash everything else. Like, listen, I have no problem with people doing whatever works for you. I have no issue. But you know what, at the end of the day, like, stay in your lane, don't trash what other people are doing, because it didn't work for you or you don't like it or you don't believe in it. The other thing that I hear is that it's gonna cause an eating disorder. You know what? I had an eating disorder since I'm nine. It didn't cause me an eating disorder. I'm Eating disorder.
Speaker 1:You might want to lower down your volume a little bit.
Speaker 2:I'm sorry. I'm sorry, I'm deaf and it's going through.
Speaker 2:I'm sorry you have your hearing aids right next to my mouth. I'm sorry, but like I have no problem, not just, but like then how do you even say that to people? First of all, if you don't have an eating disorder and you know nothing about eating disorders, you shouldn't even be using the words, because it's not even it's none of your business If you do. You heard that. If you don't have one or you know nothing about it, you shouldn't even be saying it. Yeah, that is my opinion on that. That goes back to working on being kind. Thank you, can you just be kind like, if you don't have it and you know nothing about it, don't say it. You can't.
Speaker 2:This program has allowed me to lose a hundred and forty five pounds and transform my life, and furthermore, my husband also lost a hundred pounds and we've transformed our habits in our home for our four children and my son lost eleven pounds. Oh wait, can we put a disclaimer there? No, we did not put our my four and her one child on a diet, so please hold your hate mail. I got videos on social media to show him cooking his own meals, thank you. No, we did not put our children on a diet. We only implemented healthy habits in our home. So please do not send nasty messages. But like, really like. This program has allowed us to change our lives. So it is so difficult to hear Such hate. If you, if something doesn't work for you, go find something that does that's okay. Yeah, like how many things if you tried in the past that didn't work for you? Oh, geez.
Speaker 1:I mean, you probably tried more than I did, but I tried a handful of things. Okay, but let's not name the names.
Speaker 2:No, no, I know, but let me ask you have you gone anywhere trashing any of them Like on social? I still love one of the most craziest diets that I ever tried.
Speaker 1:I'm gonna say what it is, but not the name of it. But it was a milk diet with some and with some beads behind my ears, and it was a fabulous diet and wild and.
Speaker 1:But I'm gonna say, like when I look out, all like I'm touching your hands Because I'm not allowed to drift, I can't get out. It's been a crazy day here today, but out of all every single diet that I have tried, which I'm just gonna say okay, five diets that I've been successful on, I'm gonna say successful because I've lost anywhere from 30 to 50 pounds Became not successful because I gained it all back and then some right. So when I think about what Octavia has done for me, because I chose to use the entire program, all the components of this program Huh, I lost 165 pounds. I didn't even think I needed to lose 165 pounds.
Speaker 2:Like that's crazy to me, right because you decided it wasn't a diet.
Speaker 1:You decided to make it a lifestyle exactly like I realized, like wait a second, when I, yes, I love don't get me wrong I love going to the stores and trying on the jeans with you and doing all the things. But then it became something bigger. It became the habits that I was building. It became really honestly looking at myself in the mirror and wanting more, like tapping into things in my life that I was afraid to even talk to myself about, that I was afraid to admit there are still things in my life right now I'm afraid to admit. I know, if I admit them, like listen, I just read my first book for the first time, kill sir. But like I never even but can't even talk about. But listen, the gas. Octavia Encouraged me to read a book, right, but when I look at the underlying factor of the gift that Octavia has given me, it is actually even just that like that is it? That's crazy. So, girl, I don't know.
Speaker 2:I think. I think that, just reflecting on these last five years of saying, yes, there's so much gratitude, but I want to leave with like, we're going somewhere. No, we're not. Are we going somewhere? No, no, we're not going anywhere.
Speaker 2:But, like, like, just understanding that it doesn't matter what, it doesn't matter what, we're going somewhere, it doesn't matter what you do to get healthy. We've done a million things to get healthy and nothing was our thing until we found Obtobia, and that's why we're so passionate about it and that's why we want to give that gift to so many people. It doesn't matter what you do, it just matters that you find it in yourself to stick to what works for you and you go all in. Like, don't half-ass anything. Yeah, like, go all in. That's really what it's about. And the same thing goes for Obtobia. If you're gonna half-ass it, it's not gonna work. Yeah, like, don't go into something expecting that it's going to work for you. If you're not going to work for it, end of story. Yeah, like, obtobia works on four components. If you're not going to embrace those, then it's not gonna work for you and you're gonna be like every other person on social media, trashing it over and over again making me sweat while I see that.
Speaker 2:And I literally was sweating yesterday when I saw it and I was like when I walked in here today and I was like Tracy, that's it. I think we should talk about this and because I was sweating about it, because I'm so passionate about something that's changed my life and changed your life and changed so many people's lives that I love and like, there's no reason for that. If you're not gonna go all in, don't do it. It's like that saying for Christmas it was a jingle bell and it says nobody likes a half-ass jingler.
Speaker 1:Isn't that what it is Like? Nobody likes a half-ass, whatever it is. You don't want to ask me about things, because I get the wrong all the time.
Speaker 2:Yeah, that's true.
Speaker 1:That's very true. No, but I do. I think that you know, at the end of the day, whatever you try really understanding that, we know from experience that community is what we need, that accountability and we need structure. You, discipline is not just, it doesn't happen over time and, quite frankly, if anything happened overnight, then nobody, we wouldn't even be having this conversation here, because everybody would just be amazing and everybody would just be healthy. But that's not the case here. So, really trying to understand that the gift of Optivir is utilizing those four components, and if you're a listener out there and you've heard bad things about Optivir, call us. Yeah, we'll share it and listen. Our journey has been there from day one. It wasn't about making money. It's been there on day one because I got into a size 18 jeans for the first time. After seven years gaining 100 pounds being 300 pounds, I was freaking excited to be in a size 18 jeans and I thought I was stopping at 16. Keep going. I mean I can't really. I'm good, right now but.
Speaker 1:I mean all different sides. If I can get into jeans, like in all different brands, at the same size, I feel like that's an amaze and accomplishment. But that's not really a goal anymore. It's not even about jeans anymore.
Speaker 2:No, that's what I'm saying but it's about confidence, it's about habits. For me, it's about getting up every day and just feeling health and radiant and knowing that I'm going to have I mean, I have teenagers now but that I'm going to have grandchildren that I'm going to be on the floor playing with, I'm going to be traveling with, I'm going to be living life with and that I'm going to. There's going to be a future that is bright for me and that is that why that's so strong that I will not miss out. I will not be the grandma on the rocker suffering.
Speaker 1:I won't and I know we got to close out, but just with that, thinking about everything you just said, and I feel the same way with so many experiences I had in my life right now physically doing with AJ and you zip lining, all the fun things that I made you do.
Speaker 2:You said that was fun. I did not say, that was fun.
Speaker 1:But for anybody out there thinking that they can't afford to get healthy, how can you not afford to get healthy and you think about that in the long run, and I think that that is really important.
Speaker 2:Once you.
Speaker 1:I mean you just I don't know, I don't even have words for that.
Speaker 2:People are running around with $85 Stanley Cups. I mean, I think that we can make it work.
Speaker 1:But think about how many people are out there buying those Stanley Cups for what Like? Now there's two. I don't even know what they were Like. She carries them, I don't even know. Look, I got my recyclable cup right here.
Speaker 2:For the record, mine is not. This is a knockoff.
Speaker 1:Yeah, I got my Dollar Tree cup that AJ bought me Like I'm good. But think about how many of those you just go out buying so mindlessly, or the other things you buy, but yet you're sitting around unhealthy saying you can't afford a program, regardless of whatever it is.
Speaker 2:Yeah.
Speaker 1:And you know whatever. We can go on and on.
Speaker 2:Yes, so stay tuned for more of 2024.
Speaker 1:Get your shit together. I'm gonna say it. I'll give you permission. I'm gonna say it.
Speaker 2:A little bit more of 2024. We are so happy that you are here with us today. I know that this was a little aggressive, it was a little bit much, but you know what? Honestly, we are coming to you 2024 completely unscripted. We are going all in this year. We are, we are going all in on this season. Stay tuned, guys. We will see you next time. Bye, guys.
