Mr. Pedone's is recognized as one of top real estate agents in the state of Florida serving the luxury and ultra-luxury market. His real estate accomplishments including marketing of a world class winery on the international market (over 12 million dollars), multi-million dollar luxury properties (to include a sale of 5 million dollar property previously listed with another luxury firm, that he got under contract within 1 week and had multiple offers), sales of hotels to include partaking in land and hotel acquisitions with potential build outs and developments in excess of 100 million dollars, and has set records for sales of luxury residential condos at significantly higher sold prices then were previously done by comparable units. He also specializes in selling investment properties for his affluent clientele, such as income producing condos and townhomes. Last but certainly not least is his knack for selling land, that in one case study was on the market for years, and he was able to sell in a seven-figure sum, in less than a few months. Mr. Pedone has worked with celebrities, NFL and NHL sports stars, and Olympians as well as CEO's and CFO's from billion dollar companies ranging from healthcare to the entertainment industry.
