Today’s episode is inspired by my recent travels. I made an Instagram story before we left giving information about what stuff I bring in my travel pack and what I use it for. I figured I share with you all my 3 tips on how to add rehab into your travel, that doesn’t have to involve going to the gym. When I travel I may not always make my way into the gym but I do some mobility and rehab on the floor of my room or maybe on the balcony over looking the beach, where ever feels good to you.
