Today we are joined by Simon. He is our boss at Rothko and Frost who knew Fiona before she had her stroke. 

Fiona has reached 1 year since her stroke and it feels like forever.Fiona is very soon off to somewhere in Scotland.....Glasgow or Edinburgh, who knows!

We tried out our new blow up canoes on the lake and Fee drove to Gloucester on her own!!Oh and Monkey the cat is chatting away in the background.
