In the world of yoga, there are a variety of styles and practices, each with its own set of followers and enthusiasts. From power yoga to vinyasa, Hatha yoga to Christian yoga, Kundalini yoga to Naked yoga, bier yoga and everything in between, the options can be overwhelming. With so many different types of yoga and so-called "gurus" and "masters" claiming expertise, it can be difficult for beginners to navigate and find a practice that is both safe and effective. Additionally, some teachers may not have the necessary training or qualifications to teach yoga, yet still promote themselves as experts. This can make it challenging for people to know where to turn for reliable guidance on their yoga journey.

Additionally, many men may perceive yoga as being only for women and not manly enough to practice.
