As many of you know, I am a massive Mel Robbins fan! She inspired me to actually start my podcast and I listen to all of her episodes. I was on the treadmill yesterday when I listened to her newest episode How to Make 2024 the Best Year: 6 Questions to Ask Yourself and I thought to myself “okay! I will do this ASAP!”
