The longer I hang on social media, the more I see that it's confusing women in all areas of their life. And no where is it more evident than in the food / weight loss / metabolism area.
It has become over complicated, and it is most certainly setting women BACK in their physique desires...this is NOT how we want to live.
For my women, we want to live with FOOD FREEDOM, which means we come to understand and respect our food, and we learn to live INTUITIVELY.
Our macros are in line (protein, carbs, fats) because we have learned how much we need, when, and why.
It's not complicated ladies...it really just takes a bit of time and commitment at the start...and THEN we can let go of the formulas, counting, weighing...UGH.
