Hey Nones, thank you for showing up and listening to worship part II. Today we are talking about the manipulation aspect of mega-church worship. Today we have a packed WAP. We go there, we talk about sexy worship. Then we jump into a spontaneous worship segment where we are each given a prompt and we immediately have to start a spontaneous worship song. Honestly, worship should be something that draws you closer to whatever you draw your strength from. This should be a reflective time of meditation and appreciation. Worship should strengthen you and provide you with encouragement and confidence-instead worship music is designed to manipulate or alter your state so you “hear from the holy spirit” or are “promoted or postured” to give.
