Episode 3: Intro to Trail Running with Klaire Rhodes, Run Coach
Klaire is a born and raised Alaskan, trail runner, and coach. Without a formal background in high school or collegiate athletics, she found running on her own as a way to stay active. Since then, she’s progressed to become an accomplished runner in the Alaskan mountain running scene and beyond, earning her first national title at the USATF Trail Marathon championship in 2022. As a coach, Klaire is passionate about providing an inclusive environment for athletes of all backgrounds and fitness levels who want to explore their potential.
