Are you always upset? Is there always SOMETHING wrong?
That can be really annoying and frustrating right? Well, it is for those around you too.
No one likes to hear people complain about everything all the time!
You may be letting too much get to you. Too much that does not matter. It may matter to you, for 30 seconds, maybe a few minutes. But truly, it's not a big deal.
Next time you are upset about something like traffic, think about if it REALLY matters or not. Or will it matter in a day? Probably not.
Also, be prepared for situations you know you'll be annoyed or put out for a minute. You'll end up happier as well as those that won't have to hear about you being annoyed every 5 minutes.
