There’s been a lot going on in my life lately! In this episode I share just a few of those things, as well as what I’ve learned from it and HOW THAT CAN BENEFIT YOU. 

This includes how to handle missed goals, or getting behind on a goal; how to eliminate extra stressors from your day to day life; and the best way to look at change or transitions in life. 

I also share a couple stories from my new adventures as a substitute teacher.
