How has therapy helped me part two, at this point, we're making it a series...In all seriousness, I hope this therapy helps those who are seeking help or are simply just curious about the positive effects therapy can have. This was my most viewed episode by far and I'd like to believe there's a reason behind that and want to help others as much as I can by sharing my experience.
