The 6 foundations of health which have been covered by many different health advocates extensively however this version comes from my studies with Chek institute and as well as many intellects from books, other courses that all have the same conclusion.
For me looking after these 6 core principles keeps me healthy it keeps me strong, it keeps me focused on my goals as well It keeps me happy! If I know when I’m not feeling great I just check in here or with the 4 DR’s and most of the time I can pinpoint what is upsetting me.
