The 6 foundations of health which have been covered by many different holistic health advocates extensively however this version comes from my studies with Chek institute and as well as many intellects from books, other courses that all have the same conclusion.

For me looking after these 6 core principles keeps me healthy it keeps me strong, it keeps me focused on my goals as well It keeps me happy! If I know when I’m not feeling great I just check in here or with the 4 DR’s and most of the time I can pinpoint what is upsetting me.

This episodes foundational principle we are talking deeply about Movement and the importance of it to maximise your overall health and wellness. We all love movement, it is usually the beginning of our health journeys but has a huge domino effect once we start on ALL aspects of health.
