Fuel your Feel Good is your one-stop for all things feeling good and managing stress. I've learned a lot on my own healing journey-- taking time to figure out what works and what doesn't and I want to share that with you. My intention behind this podcast is to help those of you feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, and burnt out find ways to feel good in your mind, body, and soul. I believe that everyone deserves to feel good in their bodies and sometimes you just need a little guidance on how to get there. In this podcast, I will share my thoughts and ideas as well as different resources, modalities, teachers, and healers so you can figure out how to fuel YOUR feel good life.

Meditation: Deep Listening
In this fast paced world, it can be so easy to be in GO mode all the time. In fact, we are often taught to push through discomfort and pain because it will be all worth it on the other side. But what if, instead you took the time to listen to your body? To slow down, to tune and listen to the signals and signs from your body.
In this practice, you start the process of tuning and listening. I say start because it is a life long practice (and that isn’t a bad thing) Take 10 minutes out of your day and see what your body really needs from you.
