It's Meditation time!

We are in the thick of summer season right now. IF you are anything like me, you might be feeling like there are a million things to do this summer, a million place you want to go, sun to soak in-- all the summer goodness. The energy is intense and exciting but sometimes it can be overwhelming. With that in mind, we are going ot pause together today and take a few moments today to be here-- to be with our bodies, our breathe and our being.   To just be where you are.
