I've learned a lot on my own healing journey-- taking time to figure out what works and what doesn't and I want to share that with you. My intention behind this podcast is to help those of you feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, and burnt out find ways to feel good in your mind, body, and soul. I believe that everyone deserves to feel good in their bodies and sometimes you just need a little guidance on how to get there. In this podcast, I will share my thoughts and ideas as well as different resources, modalities, teachers, and healers so you can figure out how to fuel YOUR feel good life.

It's Meditation time!
We are in the thick of summer season right now. IF you are anything like me, you might be feeling like there are a million things to do this summer, a million place you want to go, sun to soak in-- all the summer goodness. The energy is intense and exciting but sometimes it can be overwhelming. With that in mind, we are going ot pause together today and take a few moments today to be here-- to be with our bodies, our breathe and our being. To just be where you are.
