Fuel your Feel Good is your one-stop for all things feeling good and managing stress. I've learned a lot on my own healing journey-- taking time to figure out what works and what doesn't and I want to share that with you. My intention behind this podcast is to help those of you feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, and burnt out find ways to feel good in your mind, body, and soul. I believe that everyone deserves to feel good in their bodies and sometimes you just need a little guidance on how to get there. In this podcast, I will share my thoughts and ideas as well as different resources, modalities, teachers, and healers so you can figure out how to fuel YOUR feel good life.

The shift from summer to fall is upon us and with that comes a great time of year to turn inward, honor where you are and reflect on what has come before. Take a few minutes out of your day check in with your current deepest desires. In this visualization meditation, you will take some time to slow down, turn inward and get to know your deepest desires, wants and needs. Take a moment to visualize how it would feel and what it would look like to access your deepest desires.
