So every year on your birthday you get this big fat juicy , whatever flavor you pick I'm a vanilla ice cream frosting type of person , but there are chocolate afflictionados and strawberries , but I like vanilla and every year on your birthday , you are allowed to make a wish , right ? They always say make a wish and you're like , oh my gosh , what am I going to wish for , right ? So when you're starting to learn to manifest , you're basically taking that wish and you're amplifying

it and amplifying it and amplifying it with intention and focus and mantras and affirmations and exercises to help shift your mindset and your energy level to get what you want , and I wish that they would actually teach us in school . I've been practicing this for many years and I still consider myself a student . I've practiced under Madeline Gerwick . You might've heard me mention her a time or two before . We always decide what we don't want , but we have a hard time deciding what we want . Vague wishes bring vague results . Instead of saying I want more money , say I want to earn $5,000 a month in my cleaning business , or I want to earn $15,000 a month in my cleaning business , or I want to earn $20,000 a week in my cleaning business , or I want to earn 20 grand a week in my cleaning business there's one for you . Or I want to earn $83,000 a week in my cleaning business . There's a couple of you guys out there I know you're there .

your subconscious mind . There is a little bit of an exercise that I use . So you have to decide what you want . You have to decide why you want it and how will I know when I have it . So a lot of it goes down to being an energy feeling . How would it feel once you were there and you already achieved what you want and this is probably the hardest part of learning how to manifest is that energy , that feeling .

We've always seen couples who are in love and suddenly they attract all this prosperity because they operate at a different subconscious level than the rest of us . Being in love is a really high vibration . Not being in love is a really low vibration . And we can talk about vibrations on another podcast or in another course . I mean , I could talk for hours and hours and hours on the code and the different vibration levels , but this is just a basic start , your course . But those three exercises what do I want ?
