CBL Episode #140 Anya-Spiritual Cleaning: Transform Your Space and Self
Ever wondered why some spaces feel instantly welcoming while others leave you drained? The answer might lie in the invisible energy surrounding you, according to spiritual healer Anya.
Through a chance connection that feels like divine providence, we explore the fascinating intersection of physical cleaning and spiritual energy work. Anya shares her remarkable journey from conventional wellness coach to spiritual healer following a profound awakening triggered by personal crisis. After experiencing divorce, autoimmune challenges, and family tragedy, she discovered her true calling as an energy worker who helps others navigate their spiritual paths.
The conversation reveals surprisingly simple practices anyone can implement to transform their home's energy. From opening windows and burning sage to mindful intention-setting while cleaning, these techniques create awareness of what's happening in your space beyond what's visible. "When you do the ritual, you're connecting to whatever is around you," Anya explains, describing how her sage-burning practice helps her identify both physical clutter and emotional tensions needing attention.
Particularly compelling is Anya's perspective on autoimmune disorders, which she views not as the body attacking itself but as messages about deeper issues requiring attention. "Your body was divinely made. It doesn't attack you,"

Speaker 1:First episode lands in a week. Make sure you don't miss it. First episode lands in a week. Make sure you don't miss it. Welcome, anya, and I'm going to tell a little bit about the story of how Anya and I actually meet. Randomly, I get a phone call and I think that she is a potential cleaning client and she starts talking to me. How she got a message from one of my Facebook pages randomly and so we started chit-chatting. And she is a spiritual healer and I thought it would be great to actually release this on Halloween this year, especially after the whole Charlie Kirk incident. I just think it's divine providence that we have this individual in front of us here today. So, anya, welcome, thank you, and we're going to talk a little bit about what she does for spirituality and those types of things. So, anya, why don't you just take it away. Tell us a little bit about yourself, where you are, what you're planning on doing, that type of stuff, sure.
Speaker 2:Okay, so originally I'm from Minneapolis. I was married with three kids and had to get a divorce along that way and didn't know that that was part of my spiritual path having to overcome those situations and my life was getting more difficult. Despite the fact that I was a massage therapist, a wellness coach, doing all the healthy things like addressing everything I could in my life, I had an autoimmune disorder for at least 20 something years at that point, one that people think is totally normal you go to a doctor, get a pill, you're fine. No, it was not fine and the pill never worked. So then I started doing professional wellness coaching, which is the same thing, as you know talking to people about goals and things they want and motivational factors and stuff like that.
Speaker 2:And then it just came to a point where I could not keep up with my life anymore, like my body needed a lot of rest and I had three kids 50, 50, custody of three kids and and I just gave out and eventually I lost my home and I had to move into my ex-husband's brand new, newly purchased, very large, very beautiful house and I was like this ain't fair. I've been working my butt off where God came to me and I was like what I am? Melissa from Minnesota, I'm a nice person and this huge, incredible force was like gently, no. And I was like what are you talking about? And then, from that moment on, and it's been six years later, that's a big learning curve. It's basically the whole finding out who you truly are, all that everyone always says Right in the thick of it, right, right in the thick of it.
Speaker 3:You're figuring out who am I?
Speaker 2:When the reaction from the spiritual beings it wasn't very strong, because if it was, it would scare me and that can be actually physically, you know, dangerous. If you find out too much too quickly in the spiritual realm. It can be devastating for your physical body, which it was, and I was in shock for six months.
Speaker 2:I couldn't get out of bed oh my gosh but this was right when my ex-husband had been diagnosed with stage four cancer. So all of the oh my goodness, total drama. That's why people sometimes have a spiritual awakening, because their life is literally smiling completely out of control anyway. So how does that relate to cleaning? A lot of the practices I've had to do since I had that spiritual awakening are energetic cleaning practices and I think they fit in really really well with regular cleaning. And I'm a Virgo and I have cleaning tendencies already and I've been a mother and I've worked in spas. So all you do is clean in between working. So it's work, clean, work, clean, clean, work, clean. You know you guys know that.
Speaker 3:I know we absolutely love hearing this, because during COVID, I got hired on as my son's at my son's school as the COVID wiper downer and I thought this is so cool, this is awesome. Well, they didn't renew my contract for the next year. They were like it's only a one year thing and you know, no, nothing off of them. I ended up getting a job at this church and as their custodian. So I'm like this is. It was only 10 hours a week. I was like this is enough to make life happen and I'm literally praying in the parking lot and I'm like God, you know, whenever you're down so down you're just, you throw yourself, you throw it up to God. That's what I've always been told. You throw it up to who or whoever, you throw it out to the universe.
Speaker 3:I'm crying out in this church parking lot and as I look up, there is they only do commercial cleaning. There is a Garcia's commercial cleaning service that drives by and it all. Just something. Very gently, the tears went away and something was I. I just sat up and I was like wait a minute, this is this. I'm cleaning the, the school. They're not renewing the thing. Yeah, it was just. I was pushed into that direction by something. By something, yeah. How it works, yeah, and that's how I got goosebumps, yeah.
Speaker 2:That's likely your spirit guides guiding you and knowing that you. That's how it works, isn't it sweet? Oh, it's like. I almost feel like it's like we got a bunch of whole little spiritual families hanging around.
Speaker 3:Yes, yes, everyone does really bad. Right now it's going, it just keeps going so it gets you uh, yeah, it's beautiful. I did. I was not expecting this right now.
Speaker 2:I know, but guess what Surprise? I'm a healer, so if people get around me, you will probably have reactions. People will cry, get upset, have large swings of emotions around me. That's what I'm here for. My energy is triggering you to do that.
Speaker 3:Definitely feel it. I definitely feel it in my heart and in the pit of my stomach right now. Oh good, I'm just explaining to the audience.
Speaker 3:Right. I'm explaining to the audience of the feeling that I'm getting. So because I know people out there can relate to this. Some people call it intuition. Honestly, I feel like you said there's spiritual something. You get the goosebumps, I feel it, my, my heart overfilled a little bit more with joy, my stomach is feeling happy, I there's something to this. So your spiritual awakening though I didn't mean to take us off topic, but your spiritual awakening, how did it lead you to where I mean where you're at now? You're sitting here with us talking and able to calmly that address where I was at.
Speaker 2:So what happened to me when I was having my spiritual awakening is there was something done to my body so that I would trigger all of my childhood trauma that I have been repressing, that I didn't know I had. And the other way to do that Most people have to do it Is that it surfaces in an argument, or it surfaces through an emotional event or something, and then you deal with it. But I had mine pushed down so far that there was a spiritual thing done to my body Energetically and then from then on, all that stuff started coming out. So, to be honest, within a few hours of that happening, I was in pain, and I was in pain for almost every day, all day long, or at least four or more years, because what that does is takes all of your childhood memories, all of the old energy, and makes it come out. So I just laid there and cried and was in pain for years Because if I didn't, I would have gotten some inflammatory. I already was not doing well with my inflammatory thyroid. Hashimoto's thyroid problem could never fix that.
Speaker 2:Well, people don't realize when you have a toxic partner, even if you do divorce them, they cause you so much pain and they wouldn't let, he wouldn't stop. Even my family was like oh he, every time you try to get away from him, he follows you, pulls you back harder. And they, they only realized that after you know five years of me struggling. They only realized that after you know five years of me struggling. So anyway, how did I get here?
Speaker 2:Okay, so the ex-husband did die of stage four cancer eventually, and then I, my oldest son, moved with his grandparents. We didn't get along, because that's going to happen in these big, you know emotional family things where there was not enough support for me. Everyone was scared and not able to emotionally handle the situation except me, and so then the burden kind of fell on me. And then we packed up and I actually was going to someone for help with psychic stuff and cause I can't go to counselors? They don't answer my questions.
Speaker 2:Psychics know exactly what's going on and it's easier and quicker and it doesn't bother my ego. So I just, it's so much easier for me to go to a psychic. I spent all this money and time with regular therapists. They don't know how to fix my stuff. So anyway she said, oh, you're moved, and I did not want to be in Minnesota anymore because I was tired of that cold and had depression and seasonal affective disorder and all the things you have when you're a lady and then you're busy and you have too much on your plate. And she said you're moving to Arizona. I was like no, she's, like yeah, I thought maybe it was going to be like Nevada or something. And then she told me that and my son found a place and six months later we're out here and I love the weather, love it.
Speaker 1:She actually lives in my town, next town over, so right, right.
Speaker 2:So I don't complain about the weather out here, because I wanted to come out here and I don't have to deal with snow six months out of the year.
Speaker 3:I'll take it I know there's well, I live in an area where it does it. I mean, if it snows, people are outside taking pictures. You know, like maybe snows once every 10, 15 years out here.
Speaker 1:That confused me. It happens.
Speaker 3:We only have the rainy season, which is our winter and spring and maybe like a couple of weeks of summer.
Speaker 2:I was in Flagstaff one day when they got a bunch of snow and I was like what are you doing? There's all kinds of snow. Why is everybody out like this? But I didn't realize still, so that was the only snow that they usually get.
Speaker 2:So people can get a hold of you now to do a cleansing or so what I really want to talk about is how people number one, how people can clean your own houses energetically, because you're going to feel it more now. The energy on the planet is raising and there's more, more, you know. There's more arguments online, more arguments offline. So first thing I do almost every day is open my windows and let the natural air breeze come through. It does matter.
Speaker 2:I also burn incense and use some oils. So it doesn't have to be fancy. I can. I put oils in a bottle with water and spray them whenever I feel like I want to for the house right, I use them at the same things as body spray, then you get kind of witchy.
Speaker 2:If you want to get some sage or palo santo, I actually like that effect because I'll do it kind of as the evening is coming in and it it actually brings me into a more intuitive state. So I can, you know, I can sense what's going on with my kids before they get in trouble. You see, Right.
Speaker 2:So there might be a lecture or something that I have to have about, you know, teenage safety in one way or another, because I be, I'm quiet, I don't have the TV on and I start doing this around my house and then I'd start feeling spirits kind of warning me going hey, this might be a problem, or hey, that might be a problem. So then OK. So then, yeah, do that. And then I would say, if people really want to change the vibe and they want to calm down in their houses, Do do not use as many LED light bulbs. They're terrible for you. The frequency with which they do this. It's terrible, and you know what it's beautiful here in Arizona at the night, in the nighttime. Now, turn off the air, listen to the sound of the nature as much as you can and put some candles on and like, try not to do anything. Because that's the real spiritual work is, what are you thinking about when you're trying not to do anything? And that's the beginning of the spiritual path.
Speaker 3:It's almost like earthing only except inside of your home. I'm going to tell you that I moved to this area because of this sheer beauty. I've almost been to all of the lower 48, with the exception of Minnesota, with the exception of Minnesota, and every place that I've ever been. I mean, there's gorgeous places everywhere, but this was just. I don't know. It took me, and being barefoot outside, grounding myself, breathing in the air that these beautiful redwood trees gives us, did something for me. It changed the whole trajectory of my life, actually.
Speaker 2:Yeah, it sounds like you had a spiritual experience out in nature and then, because you were grounded around, those plants will pick up on your energy and they'll disperse what you need. That's why they say go out there and ground and be in nature, especially with bare feet. It literally can take the energy that you it's not good for you anymore and pull it back into the earth. This is what a grounding meditation is. I mean, I would say, do this stuff to your house and then lay down for five minutes and do a grounding meditation. You'll learn how to ground the entire energy of your house Eventually if you keep that up.
Speaker 1:Right. I think that this year, especially last year, was a little bit more like I need. I like I, any chance I get I'm out in the trees, but here at home I've actually had to. Just, I have a split layer home, so I this is the bottom layer, and I will just take a yoga mat and a pillow and I'll just sit there doing nothing and I feel and I usually have to do it for about an hour, hour and a half, and after I'm perfectly fine.
Speaker 1:But I find that as we progress along in our society and what's all going on, whether you see it or you don't see it I'm needing more of that because I'm not getting got. I haven't gotten the opportunity to go into the trees as often as I would like this summer because of all the projects that are going on, but I have personally, so I I'm sure if I'm feeling it, everyone else is feeling it and that's just a simple way to ground. If you don't have time or you don't, you're not close by to the forest and you're living in the city, you can ground yourself.
Speaker 3:You can go to a park, central park they might look at you kind of funny if you whip out your yoga mat. But hey, not so much anymore. I think it's almost kind of we see more and more of this at least I think we do, or you know.
Speaker 1:Maybe I've turned my blind like it's totally normal here, of course, but but cleaning yes I think cleaning has a lot of impact on your sacred space and in your spiritual cleaning. What kind of? How often do you recommend that people should do a spiritual cleaning in their home?
Speaker 2:this is something that needs to be a habit that is continued. So you can try it once or twice for fun. But if you really want to learn energy and you're in any kind of energy field with working with people psychology, haircuts, body workers, any of these people you're touching people's bodies all the time. I wish I knew this sooner. Sick. But you have to balance your own energy every single day, almost with every single client it really should be every single. So you don't get a lot of time, but I did massage for 30 years. So if you want to keep this up, you've got to create a nice habit.
Speaker 2:I would clean a house at least twice a week. I clean mine, like every morning, because I'm extra sensitive, but it's only a few minute thing. It's more about the intention, because when you do that but it's only a few minute thing it's more about the intention because when you do that, you're connecting to whatever is around you and when, by doing the ritual, you are praying for your house, you are intentionally cleaning, like when I walk around with my sage. That's when I find out who in my house is not doing the things up to par that they should those children that live here. You know, this is how I find out. There's certain things that might become a problem. So I go around. I don't like it, I don't care. What's that smell? It's sage. What do you smell? Like Cheap body wash, okay, well, now we're even. So I do that kind of saging ritual. And how do you do? What do you? How do you do it? Actually, what I do is Where's my stash. Do you do this?
Speaker 1:for people.
Speaker 2:I love to make it a little bit witchy. Some people are scared of witchy, but witchy is good. It's all about the intentions. All right, it's outside. Do you do this for clients of yours by chance? Hang on one second.
Speaker 3:I couldn't hear you okay, don't you do a feng shui shannon, I do a sage, this old sage.
Speaker 2:It's really burnt up. So I just light this up and I slowly walk around my house and blow a little bit of sage smoke. And as I walk around my house like this, then that's when I'm doing a kind of a meditation, where my awareness drops into a different place inside and I'm just any.
Speaker 3:I don't see it, but envision anything negative that needs to leave, and so I just walk around the house and do that you're talking to yourself in your head, of course, and just making like awareness, like you're leaving whatever is in here. You're leaving as the security. Do you go through, do you like around doors and then inside the rooms, or do you do the rooms first and then out around the room?
Speaker 2:You know, I don't know, it doesn't matter as long as you pick up some kind of ritual. Sometimes I go in each bedroom. My kids hate it, but I do it when they're not there, because if they hate it that means it's bringing up crabby feelings that need to be processed. So this is another big parenting thing that I like to tell people is crabby emotions and you know negative emotional states of children or the people that you're living with. They should be addressed, because that's like dirty garbage coming back into your house emotionally. If you don't process that garbage and get rid of it or resolve it, I'm not just saying oh, don't be crabby.
Speaker 3:Right, right right about this. Why are you?
Speaker 2:being so, it runs into different areas of the life.
Speaker 1:Interesting. So are you offering this type of service over zoom for people if they're interested offering this type of service over?
Speaker 2:zoom for people if they're interested. So for zoom, I'm doing sessions and right now, what you know, a lot of people don't want to try this stuff because it's too new and they don't know what they're getting. But I want to mention that I've been in the wellness business for 30 years. I've done nails massage. I have a college degree in business. I've done massage therapy and luxury spas for about 30 years, including Walt Disney World and Lifetime Fitness, lifetime I think it was our 10 years doing massage and I worked at this very large health insurance company doing wellness coaching. So I can do all kinds of things. Because if someone's going to come to me and they say, oh, I liked your topic on cleaning, there's probably other things in their life that they want to talk about that's related to that. You know I can teach that practice, but that practice is going to start to be useful for some other issue in the home.
Speaker 2:I do have just straight tarot reads for $75 for 60 minutes, but it's not just I'm not going to read, we're going to try to find some goal, because most people, when they come to a reader, are like there's some goal, something. That's why you come to someone like me. You're like I feel like I could do this and more information and stuff. We can set up like a whole plan, but we don't have to. You know, sometimes intuitive sessions like I will make someone cry and we'll sit there and talk about that moment and what that is meaning for them and how they move forward from that, instead of like a therapist, going, okay, that was great for you know, this session. No, I won't leave somebody just in sadness. I I will tell them the next four steps.
Speaker 1:Awesome. So regular practice of I don't want to call it aura cleaning, but the inside of your space, because they correlate dust with negative energy, and so I find this extra layer of spiritual cleansing on top of it and how it's really good for your mental health to make sure that your space is inviting and energetically pleasing. Like in the last four to five years, my environment has affected me, so if I have a room that's really messy in my own house, I can't actually sit down and work until everything is put back, and then I feel sometimes my things, my possessions, because we naturally accumulate. That's just what we do, that I have too much. I'm constantly on Facebook, you know, hey, I gave out I think what was it? 22 pairs of cowboy boots because my feet had grown and my husband's. Like you should sell them, like no one's going to benefit from them. I, you know here, take, take my count.
Speaker 1:And I did cowboy boots to one per person so that other people everyone had a chance to get a pair.
Speaker 2:So you're creating some positive karma. Like men typically are really usually get paid for that. But you know, online I've tried to sell stuff around here. It's more of a hassle than just giving it away. It was what I found out.
Speaker 1:Free guarantees, they'll show up and get it. Yeah, exactly, and they just have to drive by my mailbox.
Speaker 2:That's all they got to do. I mean that to me, is one of the beautiful ways that I help other people, because the stuff I don't buy very expensive when I have kids and by the time it's done with me it's either old or something. So take it. But it's a way for me to. I'm already a bit frugal because of my spiritual and tree hugger-ish ideals, but I'm like I give and give and give.
Speaker 2:I used to take my kids clothes after they were done with three kids, put them in a paper bag and write the size and leave them at like a park where there's a lot of kids that need to close. I mean there were people not doing that kind of thing and I'm like I'm not going to take it to the local sales store. They're going to give me five dollars and then they're going to charge someone else. I'm like I'm just I don't want it. So those kinds of giving to me are like you show god, that's a way for you to give. I mean too many people are obsessed with money. There's so many non-monetary things we can give to people that creates awesome, intentional, sweet karma for ourselves right, I love that, me too.
Speaker 3:You're awesome. You, you also wrote a book, didn't you?
Speaker 2:Yes.
Speaker 3:You're an author.
Speaker 2:Yeah, I'm an author.
Speaker 3:I was, I would say that you're. If anybody were to question your capabilities, I'd say that you're definitely. You got. You definitely got all. You're checking all the boxes Right. And what is your book about? What did you?
Speaker 2:Okay. So before I was on this spiritual path where I knew all these cool witchy things or spiritual things or whatever label you want to call them, I was pretty much a normal person named Minnesota who lived in Minnesota, raising her three kids with 50-50 custody, working in wellness type jobs. And I am ADHD and high functioning, probably Asperger's, but I've never been diagnosed and no one ever even told me that until I was in my 40s. So it's just always been the way my brain works. I can get a lot of stuff done in a short amount of time as a very efficient mom. I mean, if you work at these big health insurance companies, they only hire type A people. You got to get your crap together and it better be in line and fast or you're not going to be working here very long. So what was the question? Oh, the book.
Speaker 2:So I was encouraged to do public speaking at one point and I did it and I thought it was really dumb because I knew that those people who were hearing that information had heard it many times before and I was like my spirit guides were like you need to do some speeches and I'm like, well, I'm not going to go to the VFW and stand up there and tell them some crap that is not, they're not going to listen to. Eventually I got a public speaking job. I did it. It turned out well, company happy. But I was like there, okay, I'm done.
Speaker 3:I just didn't like it.
Speaker 2:So I wasn't scared of it. I kind of was the crappy attitude, like, oh, you want me to do that, fine, I'll do it. Fine, and it worked. I put, you know, genuine effort into it. I did it. And then I was like, good, I don't do that anymore, kind of like a bratty kid.
Speaker 2:And then I went to another psychic, or they call them life force coaches. It's the same thing as me and she's told me in the most beautiful way, at the very end of our conversation session, she looks at me with these eyes and says you're going to help a lot of people. And I almost saw a reflection in her eye of a future event. Oh, wow. And I left going. This was a very, very talented psychic. She wasn't somebody who was like, oh, I think no, not like that, because every psychic is on a different level. And I went home and I'm like, okay that she told me to write a book. I'm like I don't know what to write a book about, who, what? Not you know, I was right reading books and they weren't more interesting or they were more interesting than what I'd have to say. So then I don't sometimes don't tell people this but some famous spiritual speaker. This is back before all this AI stuff.
Speaker 3:This was a long time ago.
Speaker 2:Came into my DMs at night because I was putting my kid to bed and was asking me questions like, oh, what You're asking me and like what is this person contacting me for? And I was shocked and I couldn't even finish talking to her because I had to put my kid to bed and I was like shocked. And then the next day I woke up and I go, yeah, I guess I'm writing a book. So my book's just about my life journey and it was the story from the viewpoint way before I had a spiritual awakening.
Speaker 2:And this spiritual path thing is becoming very attractive to a lot of people. And so when you talk to someone like me who's been through this and through the initiations and all of the years of the pain to understand the deep feelings, I have to tell the long path that it took me to get here, because you know, some people just be like I don't want to be that great. I'm going to be like her in, you know, six months. Good luck, Good luck, you try it, because I have been crying in my bed and in pain for years.
Speaker 1:I think as a society we have this high expectation that things are instantaneous, and that kind of goes back to work ethic too. It goes hand in hand. So there's this premise behind this expectation that things are going to be half. And the reality is, if you don't do the work, you're not going to get there, it's not going to just be handed to you. And the reality is a million dollars isn't a lot of money anymore. Ten million dollars is the new marker, isn't a lot of money anymore. $10 million is the new marker. We look at the cleaning industry. We're slated to do $100 billion by the end of this year in our industry. That's how much the cleaning industry has grown in the last five to seven years.
Speaker 1:So it's interesting to kind of have other people bring it up from different genres about the immediateness I'm just making up a word, just blinging it out there people the instantaneousness of our expectations for when you should have a certain amount of success. And it always amazes me and I hate to say it with the, with the younger ones, because they have been I don't want to say duped, but they've been duped into believing that things are going to just be like this, it's going to be easy. And then when it's like talking about our offices. If you looked at my office floor, I got two dogs, a bunch of pillows, there's books in various spots. It's not perfect and all pristine, like it is up on the top right, so it's just like going to Instagram I constantly reference. They always show the girl she's on the beach in bally and then the reality she's standing on one leg in the water it's not bally, it looks like bally and it's, it's not reality.
Speaker 2:Sometimes it's an actual swamp. They've just really done a really cute yeah, this is why we should. This is one of my general things that I talk about now in all series is we've got to stay off of these devices. It's very hard for me, I know, and doing like in person things. So ladies in person getting together to do something. A lot of ladies are going to be getting together to practice magic. That is the new thing, because I'm in some circles and where I live and that's what people are gathering to do, because money is not going to have the same value going forward. My children they'll do any job if it's one dollar more than the job they had before. And I'm like what? The same way they made my kids school education all about signing on somewhere just to get it done, is the same that they feel about work. Right now, I'm only here to do the thing, to get the money to do something else, and I'm like I find that so sad because jobs need to be teaching relationships right, they don't.
Speaker 1:They don't have. There's this disconnect that has happened and I don't. There's not a commitment there. You're right, you've nailed it on the head. You are 1000% correct. It's just I'm going to do it for this, for now and then until it gets me by, until something better comes along and there isn't that learning curve isn't happening, where they become experts, I think by default. Maybe in 20 years they might be experts in a lot of things, but there isn't that time commitment to actually learn, to do something, to get it to the end marker, so to speak.
Speaker 2:Right. Well, I have trained my kids very well and mothered them very well, because I'm an empath and I'm very attached to them and through my spiritual awakening, I will say without a shadow of a doubt that I'm only alive because I have these children. I would not be here if I didn't have them to keep me moving. So I've trained my kids well. So they have the expectation that work is going to actually be work, because I'm a bit of an agony mom or I used to be. I don't need to anymore, but my son has an outdoor physical job at a local real estate retailer and he anymore. But my son has an outdoor physical job at a local real estate retailer and he works really, really hard out in a parking lot in arizona. And then he's only 16. They usually hire 18 year olds because of maturity, but my son knew somebody and they were going to try him out and he's doing great. They gave him a little ward already every month.
Speaker 2:Oh, you know, yeah, and this first job. So to me this is like oh sweet and he's got.
Speaker 3:I'll pat myself on the back.
Speaker 2:Good job, I know when I walk into that store they're like, oh, you're the mom. And I'm like, yeah, I made that kid I'm able to act like that.
Speaker 2:But he says there's another kid that's constantly complaining and I'm like I can see it. You know if you've been sitting in front of video games your whole life and not told on a daily basis to get something done cleaning whatever it is and now the kid's two years older than my kid complaining that I need a break or something and my son's like I have to look and I'm like no, hey, I'm glad I got the right morals for you.
Speaker 2:You know, I'm glad that you can get into that job and be younger and be respectful and work really hard. And it takes a lot of energy out of him. So that I don't have to fight with that energy later.
Speaker 1:I love it. I love it, I love it. So do you offer any classes to teach people how to do this? I know I have everything.
Speaker 2:I have a class about going. I do want to start to gather people to do the class. So it's, I have like all the screenshots or not screens the PowerPoints that have all the topics I'm just experimenting with, like what format I want to get you know, I want to teach it to some people before I record it and sell it that way. So I do have a class I'm just experimenting with, like what format I want to get you know I want to teach it to some people before I record it and sell it that way. So I do have a class I'm thinking about.
Speaker 2:I have sessions. Sessions can be anything. They can be tarot reads, they can be wellness coaching and they can be. You know, I've worked with high level triathletes, runners, all that kind of stuff, because I worked at lifetime, lifetime Fitness and I'm very familiar with people who are on, you know, ultra marathon paths and first triathlon, all that stuff, and also people struggling with autoimmune disorders should really talk to someone like me. Even if you don't want the psyche piece. If I had someone like me to talk about and talk with, it would have saved me five at least five to seven years of struggling that I didn't understand.
Speaker 3:So I could you know actually I know a specific person I have in mind. It's one of my employees and if she's listening I don't know, but it's one of my employees, girlfriends, and they've been together for 10 years, so I mean it feels like they're a little more than girlfriend, boyfriend at this point, but worked fine for many years, did all the things and then got vaccinated. She's trying to think that this might be putting, she's putting it together in her head, but she it just just. Things have been coming up so sad. Yeah, it is. I heard her. He put her on speaker at a job the other day. He works night, so it's all commercial accounts, and she was just so frustrated she was like what if I don't? She's asking, what if I don't? She's asking what if I don't get better? He was like you can't look at it like that and I'm just like gosh, he needs to talk to somebody, you know heartbreaking.
Speaker 2:I have the ability to talk to someone like that because I've had to do the work that that woman's going to have to do the work to feel better. If she keeps going to doctors, they're just going to give her little patches she don't and she's so lost, she's just yeah that's who I needed 15 years ago I was just me when I, yeah, be a normal person working.
Speaker 3:She can no longer work, she's on disability. It just started getting disability for the. She is immobile. Yeah, that's scary, that's dangerous and I know how to fix that.
Speaker 2:I know the things I know the things that that woman yeah, I know the things that would help her. I can explain to her how that's going to go down and it's not going to be easy. But you know, when someone's already in that much mess inside their body it's gonna take a while but it can totally be fixed. But you have to have motivation and stick with it.
Speaker 1:Yeah, perseverance for sure.
Speaker 3:Yeah.
Speaker 2:I mean, here's the one thing that drives me crazy. People are like oh, how can I fix this? And I'm like you are going to have to do some studying. That's going to take effort Either look things up or buy a particular book and really understand what this means, and this means that you are going to have to change diet. I had to quit gluten for years because gluten was irritating me particularly. Not saying that this is for everybody. I hated it every day for years. I still don't like it, but it's what healed my body, so I had to do it, right right.
Speaker 2:I understand People who come to me for this are going to have to make some major changes and if you're not ready to even begin to think about changing completely the way you eat because that is what's feeding on all the bad stuff that's stuck inside of you You're going to have to lay there for a little bit longer and decide am I really ready to take an active part in this or am I just going to lay here on the pills for a while? It's going to take that kind of mental strength.
Speaker 3:Oh, and the, the, yeah, let's try this pill. Oh, that didn't work, let's try this pill. That didn't work, let's try this pill. And he says where's the diagnosis? All it is autoimmune, that's it.
Speaker 2:Such a autoimmune disorder is caused by something either a toxin abuse, some physical abuse, emotional abuse, something you've seen in your lifetime.
Speaker 3:Your body is literally vomiting out something negative, not good, bad and doctors all they say is your body attack?
Speaker 2:Your body was divinely made. It doesn't attack you. It's telling you that there's a problem that you just don't know how to fix it. But people know how to fix it. I know how to fix this. There's other people that know how to fix it, but people know how to fix it.
Speaker 3:I know how to fix this.
Speaker 1:There's other people that know how to fix this Right. I agree. I think it's awesome that you offer those services. Are you also offering spiritual cleaning for people's businesses, like over zoom, that type of consulting, just in case I?
Speaker 2:certainly could. I certainly could. That would be something adding on, but I could talk to people about roadblocks coming up.
Speaker 3:Yes, that's a good, that's great, do you?
Speaker 2:want to be in your business as prosperous as you possibly can, so sometimes you have a little really good at going to a business and saying which employees always know this but the people that own the businesses like you need to clear out. X number of you know I can see the energy and the crap inside those physical spaces. It's like you know how business owners never kind of dig into anything because they're like, ah, too much work, it's stuff like that. Like I could, I could do a whole like small company energetic and physical cleaning. You know, service, where I'm like these things are keeping you stuck from moving into other things. If you can like unlock some of the frustration of the employees by speaking to them honestly and saying what bugs you around here and clear up a couple of that issue, you can clear up the frustration that's in the business on a daily basis.
Speaker 1:Right. I think it's really important Do you have any questions for us, anya, on any of this stuff. I think it's great that you're doing this. I think this is an unheard of service, like legit. You were on the precipice of putting this out there for everyone. I mean, this was just like I said, it was a random phone call.
Speaker 3:I was like oh my God, this is so exciting.
Speaker 1:I love that. Do you have any questions for us?
Speaker 2:I just want to say that I've enjoyed speaking with you. I've been on this spiritual journey and I've been very lonely for these six years because that's part of knowing yourself and it's such a lovely change to talk to ladies who are in a similar, you know, place in life as me, and you know, my mother was a cleaning lady. I've cleaned my whole life, so the cleaning thing is like anything. There's all different. You know interesting aspects of running that business, but you're not going to find a very high, interested and dedicated spiritual person who doesn't, you know, clean at a pretty good level. For the most part, the cleanliness of the space not always, but is mostly indicative to the energy, like your aura. You have a clean space. You're likely having a clean aura or one that's able to clean and process.
Speaker 3:Oh, I think this is going to resonate with a lot of business owners, lot of business owners, employees, and you're in good company. So this is. This was great. I'm glad.
Speaker 1:I'm glad you reached out. I'm glad, yeah, and this can be released on Halloween. So, anya, why don't you tell people where they can reach you at your website? All?
Speaker 2:that stuff, yep. So my website is theangelwe's pranacom and all my social media links and emails are on that page. Uh, gmail is anya to prana at gmailcom. Reach me through the links on my website or that I do have a free newsletter that goes out. I put a ton of information on Instagram that is going to be high level spiritual stuff. So some people might not like that because it's harsh information, but it's truthful. Harsh information, not mean, but truthful, and it's painful. I do have a Facebook group that's for spiritual evolution support all the angel spiritual evolution support group, where I put memes and different things positive.
Speaker 2:I like kind of deep content. So if you like to stop and scroll and maybe have a tear or a laugh and learn about your spirituality because that is how we learn If you get through that garbage that you're scrolling every day and scroll on good content, your consciousness will raise, your health will raise, you know all those good things. So, yeah, around Halloween tarot, that's tarot time. You know people should be looking at the if they're manifesting throughout the month, if there's changes that they want to make in their life. A lot of times you have energy for change coming to you, but you're so stuck in your old ways that you wouldn't consider doing it.
Speaker 2:That's why people come to intuitive readers like me. They're like I want something more exciting in my life. What could it be? That's a great question to come to a tarot reading about. It's a way of someone who has a higher spiritual knowledge talking to you in a nice way, going what do you want to do with your life? What do you want to experience? Where can we get that happiness going in this life? That is, and also stay, a good person. That's doing self-care. Self-care takes a lot of time if we're doing it correctly.
Speaker 1:It's amazing how much time it takes.
Speaker 2:It can take a long time and it's boring and repetitive. You have to break that up with other things. So that is where and I have an intuitive ability after talking to all these people be like that's the right thing for you or not. You know what I mean. There's always something, some issue that needs to be fixed or some sort of motivation to really start a new and different thing. That is, people they're even their best friends won't do this because they know them too well. When they come towards someone like me, they're like not messing around. She's going to really make me do what I want to do, or she's going to question me so I figure out that emotional block that's making me not want to do that.
Speaker 1:Right, very cool. Well, thanks so much for being on time to chat with us. I love, love, loved all of the stuff that we talked about. I hope that the listeners enjoy it as well.
Speaker 2:I look forward to seeing you again. Yeah, thank you, and if people are interested in my book, it is for sale hardcover or on Amazon, on my website, theangelwearspranacom, and then there's a book, there's a link to it, so they're interested.
Speaker 1:And that's P-R-A-N-A, not Prada, correct Prana.
Speaker 2:Breathing Prana is life force energy.
Speaker 3:Prana or Sean Shannon will put that in the, we'll get all your links in the show notes.
