He shares how, despite achieving everything he'd dreamt of in his career, he was left feeling unfulfilled and battling mental and physical health issues. Since then he has been on a journey of self discovery, resulting in him adopting a more mindful and contemplative approach to his photography. Paul's words are very thought provoking and may change how you see and engage with your photography moving forwards.
