Vanessa knew she was a girl most of her life, but growing up in an abusive, Xtian Conservative household kept any actual exploration into who she truly was at bay.
In 2005, she watched a documentary called TransGeneration, which was her first exposure to the fact that Transgender people exist!
It took another 16 years for her to free herself of her family's influence, and came out in October of 2021. She started HRT on 11/4/2021 and has had her life transformed ever since.
She is a very vocal advocate for the Trans community, and is building up her social media presence to add her voice to push back against the opposition.
She can be brash, but uses that clarity to call people out when they bring oppression upon others.
