Jade Neville is a passionate parking and transportation professional with over 18 years of experience in the sector. She is an active volunteer with the British Parking Association (BPA), having recently served as President and Chair of the Council of Representatives for the 2022–2023 term. She now continues her leadership as Immediate Past President and Council Member representing technology, as well as contributing to several service boards, including Professional Development & Standards and the Technology, Innovation & Research Board.

Jade is dedicated to improving the public perception of parking and supporting professionals who wish to build meaningful careers in the industry. Her contributions include media appearances on outlets such as the BBC and LBC, where she has raised awareness about the impact of the parking sector and helped shape the future of its workforce.
