Zubeida is also a Directed Alignment and Hijama Practitioner, integrating somatic practices into counselling where appropriate to support the healing process.
Together, they explore attachment theory, emotional attunement, secure relationships, parenting, vulnerability and the lifelong journey of becoming more aware of ourselves and those we love.
