Hey, welcome. This is the Armor Up Podcast. You may have been following or wondering what? Because I thought I was listening to the Bite Size podcast. Well, that is because I have started a new podcast. And previously, the Bite-Size Podcast was all about business and entrepreneurship and life in general, speaking to men, women, everyone, right? It was just a positive place where you can come and get a little hope, get a little inspiration, relate to people that I have on the podcast. And although that was a great podcast and I absolutely loved doing it, I am now shifting over to health and wellness. So as you know, I am a certified personal trainer and health and wellness coach as well as speaker and host of the podcast. And I used to do the bite-sized podcast. And now this is going to be a new podcast called the Armor Up Podcast. And it is going to be hosted by yours truly, Lorraine Michaels. And it's going to be the same format solo episodes with myself, as well as interviewing other phenomenal people. But this time, this season in this podcast, in the Armor Up Podcast, I'm going to be focusing on strictly health and wellness. So Armor Up Podcast is going to be dedicated to building strong resilience in your body from the inside out, physically, mentally, and metabolically. So it is going to be hosted by me.
