Arielle has felt guilty for being “too sensitive” for most of her life. She’s also experienced gaslighting and trauma that has led to having big reactions, resulting in no longer trusting herself. But in general, she’s found that her sensitivity is a strength that can be used to more often solve problems instead of cause them.
