  1. Conscious awareness of time spent on social media/phone.  When to unplug and why unplugging is so valuable
  2. Creating a habit of meditation or silence
  3. Seeking the help you need when you need it
  4. Having compassion and grace for your imperfections
  5. Being curious and continuously learning from yourself
