When we pause to consider the parts of who we are that make us the unique being we are and contribute to our growth and evolution, we reframe our story in positive ways that make us feel empowered.  If you are stuck in limitation or perfectionism OR in a default pattern of distraction that keeps you from knowing what or how will change your life for the better - then this episode is for you.   Practice going inward to see what powerful forces exist within you.


In this solo episode Kristen shares and unpacks the power of learning, empathic nature, and stillness and how reflecting on the value and meaning of these 3 words lead to self acceptance, change, and a possibility mindset.
