Cooking Up Truth: The Assholes in the Kitchen
In this episode, we explore the question of whether being an a**hole is a prerequisite to becoming a chef. Much of the workforce, chef or not, enters the industry as a stepping stone and eventually leaves due to the challenges and demanding nature of the job and the people who come with it. Reflecting on my own journey, I discuss how the pressure and stress of the kitchen can turn a chef into a [straight up] a**hole as they deal with difficult colleagues, customers, and managers. This episode offers insights into the real and honest dynamics of the culinary world and food & beverage industry.
